Food was amazing. Very wonderful.

Waitress was a bit distracted and kept forgetting our orders.

The bad part was being told we had to leave after 90 minutes - we weren't done our dinner yet and were given take-home containers to finish at home. Very disappointing, especially given that it wasn't our fault that our dinner came when it did, i.e., we aren't slow eaters or anything like that. Kind of ruined our night as we didn't have time for dessert or coffee.

I won't be back until that restriction is lifted, and will think twice before I come even then.

made a res with open table -- specifically a certain table number. Got there --"oh we don't guarantee that you can get that table". The restaurant was not full. It was on the hostess. The previous res done that way was on point.

Everything was excellent. The one point I would make is that non alcohol beer should be available in this day and age. None was in stock so we decided to just have water but would have enjoyed the option as we were driving on that night.

Always love the Keg. Made our decision to visit the Keg in Sudbury based on my husband's love of Prime Rib. Sadly, they didn't have any. Otherwise, delighted.

We return often to The Keg because of the consistent excellent quality of their dishes (particularly their steaks), their wines, and the service.

We were very pleased that the management took the pandemic quite seriously and enforced mask wearing inside. We ate on their patio and tables were well separated. Staff consistently wore masks when interacting with us, which we appreciated. Our waitress told us that our masks when interacting with her were not necessary (since we were outside), but as a health research professional, I told her that we were wearing masks when interacting with her to maximize her safety as well.

Excellent food, a great dining experience, in a safe environment. We will return.

Excellent service and Keg is clearly doing their best to provide as good of an experience as possible given the Covid situation.

Food was worse than Boston Pizza really...processed American-Swiss cheese on a French Onion Soup? No. Bacon-wrapped scallops...whatever...Caesar was ok...I sent back a beer that tasted strange and the second one wasn’t much better...3 people for $300 with only 4 cocktails? Oohhh rough...Keg has changed for the worst.

We hadn't been to a Keg in years but since we were travelling across Canada...we thought we'd treat ourselves to a great night out ! We were really impressed with both the level of service and the quality of the food ! I had the top sirloin with a lobster tail which was perfect and my wife had a shrimp cocktail with a small top sirloin steak. Both our meals were excellent....perfectly cooked and seasoned. The lobster tail was fantastic......I could have just eaten 8 of them !

We'll definitely be eating at our local Keg when we get home to Kelowna !

Always great service ..... my steak had no taste because there was no spices . This was talked about with the manager and he was great and felt awful. I appreciated him coming to see me and him removing my plate from the bill. I totally understand that things get be forgotten in the kitchen but making it right will for sure encourage me to keep coming to the keg.

I was very disappointed, we always go there for our Birthdays, Anniversaries, e.c.t. we did not enjoy our meal at all, I ordered the steak med well and my husband med rare they were mixed up some lady came over to the table did not introduce herself to us and was rude and over talked us. she said after 9 mins that they would put my steak back on to cook properly and nothing was metioned about my husbands steak being over cooked, I said no I did not my steak put back on because the steak would be tough so she said you want me to put a new one on I said yes but my husband will be done his there was blood on the plate I pretty sure that when I got the steak back it was the same patatoe and veggies because the baked patatoe was cold and dry and lumpy not a good night for two birthdays. I would like the manager or owner to call me at 705-470-2879.

Had to send the steak back as it was way over cooked. Took the server 10 minutes to come check on us. Finally got it sent back, by the time I got my steak my partner was done eating. Still charged full price. Definitely not worth the price.

The Keg was our go-to place for special events. It has always been expensive in the 30 years that I've been going there. This time the hit to the wallet was not offset by a good meal. I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated. We were seated promptly and the room we were in was almost full and within 10 minutes it was completely full. The noise level in the room plus the noise level from outside the room required my wife and me to raise our voices beyond the normal conversation level. We felt like we were on a time limit, the waitress didn't say anything but actions speak louder. We felt rushed and under pressure to make way for the next people. The meal was disappointing. The steak was cooked to our wishes but the side dishes were meager and the lobster tail that came with my steak was minuscule. The waitress was amiable if not friendly but a little too eager to clear the table making us feel awkward. I rushed the last half of my high priced beer as a result. Not that many special places to eat in this town but we'll be looking for another one. We're done with the Keg.

Usually the food is excellent but on this occasion my wife got sick immediately upon eating. All she had was a shrimp cocktail and a twice baked potato. She was sick all weekend.
Not a nice way to remember a nice supper.

Consistent, high quality food, particularly for their steaks. Great home-made warm bread as well! That’s why we keep coming back!

Food cooked just right, great service. Would definitely return. My favorite spot for steak.

Made a reservation for 6pm, waited until 6:15 for our table. What’s the point of making a reservation? Waiter was excellent, no complaints. Food came out missing vegetables (on two of our plates). My steak was overdone. Will not be back, will celebrate birthday dinner elsewhere next year.

The food was excellent. The server was very friendly. There was an issue with the timing of our meal. The meal came out first before we our appetizer and salad. Then the salads came out before the appetizer. We had to request the bread.

The floor manager (I think that was her title) came to our table and apologized. She comped our wine. I thought that was a class move. Sometimes things don't always go right. I will go back.

My wife and I have been going to the Sudbury Keg for over a decade and each time the food and service has been fantastic.

Very good food (Filet Mignon was excellent, Prime Rib was very good), decent value.
But as usual, it is quite loud.

What I like about the Keg is the high quality meats served at the Steakhouse that are consistently prepared to be tender, but cooked to the customer's satisfaction. The Keg classic meals also provide good value for your money. We are regulars.

Everything was delightful. Only feedback is the portions are a touch small for the price.

I like my steak well done and everyone else in my family likes it medium rare. As usual the steaks were all cooked perfect and very delicious.

No problem with our booking and had a great time with just the two of us celebrating our 2 year anniversary! Our waitress was amazing and very well spoken and presented! The food was fast, delicious, steaks were cooked excectly the way we wanted them and dessert was to die for "Billy Miner Pie" We will celebrate special occasions here for years to come!!
