Service and food were fantastic. I felt it was better than it has ever been! And COVID clean!Thank you so much!Ambiance...not so good. To be dining next to a bottle of cleaner, glasses, and menus felt as though we were dining during a renovation. It was just not relaxing and comfortable. There were 2 of these tables like this. Social distancing tables?
Idea: to place some kind of divider/screen so that patrons don’t have to look and sit beside these cleaning stations maybe?
That’s a tough one. You are doing your best and we are thankful for the many great things that your team is doing to make it work.

Service and food were fantastic!

Easy to reserve through OpenTable. First dine out since restaurants reopened due to COVID. Staff cleaning constantly and very friendly. The meal was delicious.

Awesome food and service as always. Excellent set up to deal with social distance. You could tell that the staff were happy to be back serving customers. Would recommend this restaurant for a great meal and dining experience.

It was lovely! Todd was a fantastic server. The food was delicious. We missed the specials, but k is it’s a strange time and they will bring them back when they can.

Really good COVID protocol. Great food and service. We were not rushed through our meal which was nice.

75th Birthday

The timing of the meal was slower than appreciated, however overall we enjoyed the experience. The Price point is higher here when compared to all other restaurants in Maple Ridge so based on pricing alone it did not measure up to the level of service received at other Maple Ridge venues.

The service was outstanding, we ordered 2 kegamega prime rib with sides of king crab legs, the crab were mush and the prime rib was tough and lacked flavour. Our wives also ordered steaks which also lacked flavour. Our meals were $480+ Not sure what happened to the quality of the meat. Again the service was outstanding but for what we paid the meal was disappointing. Normally a manger would ask how our meal was but not this time.

Great job in managing our new reality. It was very nice to finally dine out!

Our waitress was very slow and did not check on us often. We waited for an hour after appies came for our dinner and then awhile for our bill after desert was finished. Our dinner was almost 3 hours long because of all of the waiting. Everyone’s food was amazing except for one person in our parties steak was very overcooked. They did take care of that persons meal for us though which was nice.

The food was awful I ordered garlic mashed with my all fatty prime rib but never got it. Our friends said it was the worst meal they have ever had at the key. I have to agree as we have always liked the keg,

1st time back !

Our first dinner out since the beginning of March. We love the Maple Ridge Keg and it was just as amazing even with all of the changes. The food and service were perfect as usual!

Second night open and seems that they are well organized for the many changes that they have had to make.

It was fantastic considering the circumstances of this pandemic. I would definitely come back and tell others to go

First day open. So happy to be there on first day open. We booked ahead and looked forward to it all weekend. Food was great as was service

Excellent prime rib. Exceptional service, catered to my 5 yr old for his birthday. Great staff who were also accommodating to fit our stroller around the table for the younger one.

Was a great way to celebrate my mom's birthday! They sat us early, the service was excellent, and the food was amazing!

It worked so well to get me into the restaurant on a busy evening. Only issue was that my requested well done steak wasn't . It was mostly rare.

Asked for my steak done medium. Came burnt on the outside and well done. Asked for them to do another one, came back extra rare (you could tell just by looking at it or touching it that it wasn’t done properly) , I tried to eat it but was just too rare for me and the steak was chewy. manager came to see it was rare and offered to throw it back on.. I said no. He said as he was walking away “I’ll take it off the bill” - was not very personable. Maybe was frustrated with the kitchen but didn’t take the time to stop and

Excellent filet, as always. Darby looked after us exceedingly well, it was a lovely evening.
There have been changes to how things are done, corporate directive, which we were unhappy with, hence the 4 stars. The manager was apologetic but had to abide by new rules. Progress?

A warm and vibrant restaurant that is sure to please the senses!
