We had the best server, I think her name was Kylie. We sat out on the patio and it started to rain a bit, So she got someone to help her move an umbrella over us. So nice to go out to a restaurant again !

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at the Keg. Restaurants had just reopened during Covid 19. It was a lovely evening in June and upon arrival we requested a table on the patio. A party had just left so the hostess quickly changed our reserved inside table to outside. Brett was our server for the evening. His service was outstanding. There was no rush to order. The right amount of time was spent interacting with us as he recognized the need to allow us to celebrate our special day quietly in a relaxed setting. The meal was lovely from the appetizer to the main to the piece of cheesecake given to us in celebration of our anniversary. We have now celebrated our 10th and 20th at the Keg. Looks like a pattern has been established!

Everything was perfect as always - that’s why you go to the Keg. The gentleman that took care of us, (I believe his name was Ryan) gave us the time to enjoy ourselves. Us ladies had your special Mules. Great drink selection, because I love cocktails! Note: Ryan also made suggestions that were very helpful!

Everything was great.

Lobster was not as good as it has been in the past. Gluten free bread would be a nice option. Prime rib quite fatty and my medium rare was way too rare. Kayla was a wonderful server, very friendly and attentive.

Sham was an excellent server and the food and drinks were great

Amazing sanitation and service was amazing. I think reservations only should be continued.

Went twice this week thanks again! Nothing beats prime rib and lobster!

No major complaints, food and service were great. Needs a bit better lighting for us older folks. I walked into a chair as we were heading to our table, simply too dark to see it.

Nice to be able to go out again.

There were a few mistakes with food coming out - which is no big deal to us, they were corrected right away.
King crap was overcooked and shrivelled (so it looked like barely any meat in there) - they corrected with new ones right away which was fine. Our server was very attentive.
But - 2 of us ordered steak - med rare
2 of us ordered prime rib - rare to med rare
The steaks came out a little burned on the outside and looked to be cooked right in the middle, same with the prime rib but they were all for some reason very dry... Definitely not cooked properly and very poor tasting.

With the social distancing in place and extra measures taken for safety, the Keg continues to give the same dining experience you expect. Plus it was quieter because there were less people.

We had a wonderful meal at The Keg! Great staff! They could work on their desserts but the main meal more than made up for what the dessert lacked. Thanks for a great meal and we hope to see you when you re-open.

We went for a birthday dinner, food was wonderful. Only thing I could recommend is if someone reserves a table for a special occasion, please do not put them near the kitchen as you did us.

Great place for steak will be back again Staff is friendly, because of our reservation we where seated right away and avoided the big line up

The food was very expensive and not really that tasty. My goodness your fries looked and tasted like cavendish frozen fries - expected home made fries!! The steaks were nothing exciting either just bland tasting. My husband did enjoy his ribs though.

Our server was fantastic. Always made sure we were taken care of

Food was outstanding, the service by Ford was tremendous, throughly enjoyed the atmosphere etc.
Only complaint is that the booths were made for small people and were uncomfortable until moved to a table.

Great food!! Unfortunately the group sitting next to us was obnoxiously loud and drunk which made our experience not that great. Wish I could rate it higher as our server was great and the food was delicious. Listing to the people beside us took away from our evening.

It was Dine Out so it was busy. I had reserved a table several weeks beforehand due to the fact it was a special birthday occasion. We were seated right away on arrival. Waitress and staff were attentive despite it being so busy. Even though our Dine Out meal included a desert they still comped the birthday girl’s Billy Miner pie. Food arrived timely and as requested.

Birthday celebration, excellent service and food was up to expectations.

After order was given, getting App's and food took a very long time.
Wife's steak ordered med. well - came med rare then took long time to get it too late to eat.
Another serlion did not have the Blue Cheese requested.

The server and food were off the charts!
