   Het eten was deze keer zeker niet wat het normaal is. Manager komt zich nadien verontschuldigen op een manier die je maar moet accepteren. Calamarie droog uitgebakken en de medium biefstuk was over gaar! Dit kan beter gezien mijn voorgeschiedenis bij menig keer The Keg echter bij een tweede keer op deze manier is mijn bezoek aan deze vestiging voorlopig not done!!!

   This service and food were excellent. The difference was maybe we book on line which work great. The last time we were in the food was not as good as it was on March. Both times service was great.

   Saturday night dates are always good!The keg makes the best ceasers in Brandon! Escargot is never disappointing!Staff is awesome engage well with customers!

   Was very happy with how accommodating your staff was when we wanted to be added in with a previous group’s reservation! My son was very happy to be able to eat with his friends and we were able to visit with the adults, made for a very enjoyable evening! Thanks so much!

   Steak was over done, hard to have a conversation as the music was too loud so everyone is yelling overtop of it. The service was great though.

   After twenty hours, we are still talking about the lassitude of the servers and lack of quality of the entres that we were served. In my opinion, for the amount that the Keg charges for their fare, it should be at least be served at room temperature, and in a timely fashion. Possibly one of the most disappointing dining experiences in recent memory.

    HI we specifically made the request a week in advance for a booth but when we arrived they wouldn't honor this request and we were in a corner with strangers right beside us which we didn't want and why we request a booth Service was very good and so was the food

    Overall everything was great, and than than my steak. Ordered the teriyaki sirloin. Med rare. Would say it was rare and extremely tough.

    we had a reservation for 7 people we were seated immediately, Our waiter was amazing.(D-Tiki)The food was amazing. We enjoyed our social evening together as we were able to speak /hear one another (background music was a nice volume).I would highly recommend the Keg for business or casual evening .

    The food was excellent as always. The crab cakes and shrimp appys were also outstanding. Would like to see crab cakes on menu as regular item. Our server was kind and attentive. And service was amazing

    We were greeted with enthusiasm as soon as we walked in, then walked to our table by a very engaging young lady and finally our waiter was attentive and friendly. Great experience with great food. It was a lovely evening.

    We had a wonderful time and our waitress was a breath of fresh air! Joyful, comedic and just made the evening wonderful. We were celebrating to Birthdays and wish to thank The Keg Brandon for the dessert treat!

    The prime rib is good but the rice is raw. I’m not sure if that’s how it is presented but for me who grew up eating all sorts of rice, it’s too raw for me.

    The food and service were exceptional, I only put 4 stars in overall as there was an overhead fan that was leaking fluid above my boyfriend when we were there. Not in excess but a couple of drops on his menu etc, reported it to server who took it to his manager and he said that it was just recently fixed so shouldn’t be doing that and that’s really how it ended, It was valentines night so we’re expecting to be offered another table as was super busy and we weren’t too bothered by it but my boyfriend did have to sit awkwardly as to not get dripped on. Can not stress enough how amazing a delighted we always are with the food at the keg!

    It was awful. Why ask me if I have any special requests for example by the fireplace and then not do it. Twice this has happened. The prime rib was tough and chewy.

    We go every Saturday evening for drinks and an appetizers! We feel very welcomed ; most staff know who we are! Our favourite waitress is Sydney who usually works every second Saturday we love her to death so polite and sweet! Management are awesome to always say hi!

    We made a reservation for 730 pm but we not brought to our table until 755 pm. Despite having a reservation, we were forced to wait for 25 Min for a table, totally defeating the purpose of making a reservation. Another party who was waiting with us was forced to wait as well, but they were offered free appetizers for having to wait. Once we were seated there were several open tables we could see. We love coming to the keg and would recommend it, this time was not the best

    Not many choices in Brandon. I think the Keg needs to change up their menu sometimes, especially for the people that live here. We had great service .
