    The beet/goat cheese appetizer was delicious. Steak, fettuccine, and short rib entrees were very good. The pea/mushroom ravioli was good, except for the sauce which was too oily. Cheesecake was delicious. Enjoyed the ambiance. Fairly empty for a Thursday night.

    Food was great and our servers were very accommodating and fun! Service was a little slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty- it felt like people who arrived well after us were being helped and served first. Would still recommend!

    We stayed at the hotel this past weekend. We had breakfast 2 days and we had room service 1 evening. Service was bad for both visits to the restaurant. First day literally all the staff were on their cell phones with no refills being offered. The second day for brunch, service was particularly bad with long waits to be greeted by the waiter, long waits to get water, long waits to get coffee, even longer waits to get additional coffee. The place was not busy on either occasion, so I am unclear as to why the service was so bad. Having said that, the food for all 3 meals, was very good which is a shame because the poor service took away from the good food prepared by clearly very capable cooks. In particular, the host/manager should have been going around and making sure folks had coffee and water to speed up service. Again, it was not busy.

    Made a reservation, got there early and had drinks at the bar as well as an appetizer. Drinks we solid and food was just good, nothing earth shattering. Ambience was the best part but it was pretty empty.

    This was one of our favorite date night spots. We came in last night to celebrate my birthday. Our server was phenomenal and the drinks were good as usual. But whoever the head chef is now needs to step up their game. My husband and I have been coming in for about five years now and we were super disappointed in our food last night. I always get a salad with med rare salmon. I had to send it back because it was burnt. The second piece of salmon they brought back was also overcooked. We probably won’t be back until till they get a new chef. Super bummed because we always rave about how good of a restaurant the Keep is.

    Server was delightful! Ambiance is good as well. We ordered the salad w candied pecans grilled apples w blue cheese vinaigrette . W Salomon. Was very good accept the pecans were not flavored or candied at all. Nothing was said about substitution. We didn’t say anything either. It was good but a little disappointing. Old fashioned w Makers was awesome! Will go back! ( and bring my own Costco candied pecans!!!)

    Never had been here before but have wanted to go for a long time. I love French food. It was our anniversary,and our waiter was very lovely about it with bringing us a dessert to celebrate. Our food was good also. The atmosphere was rather quiet and not too exciting so I took off one star. It needs a more livelier ambience.

    The process of getting there was a chore. Signage was misleading and the doors from the 2nd level walkway in the garage are locked. Our server was great, but for an upscale restaurant in LVQ, the ambience left much to be desired. The charcuterie board was just ok. Kind of messily presented. Drinks were decent. Where they really missed the mark was on my steak. Asked for medium and got a solid medium rare. Could only eat a portion of it. The server was apologetic and did comp it off the bill. But still, with a bill over $130, the value and experience are not there. Likely wouldn’t return.

    Russell our serve, her, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ordered Caesar salad, flat, iron steak and short ribs, all of which were done to perfection by the chefs, Tim and Sean. This was a great dining experience!

    Very good food! Our waiter was Russell and he was very sweet. Food is a little pricey and you get an okay sized portion for your money but I honestly expected more. Overall a good place to eat!

    Once and done. My husband has raved about this hotel for years and has wanted to come and eat dinner there just as long. So we were coming for a week in Columbus and decided to have dinner on a Monday night. The hotel is outdated, small and the restaurant is dark and not very pretty. Our server was a bit creepy, looking down at my chest too many times and not at my face. The menu is extremely limited and oddly: no chicken option. No bread service. The food was just so so but certainly not worth the $200 the meal cost us (and we are still trying to figure out why). From the outside and at night, the space is lovely but outside is as good as it gets.

    We went for Mothers Day brunch. Neat old hotel with lots of character. The restaurant itself was the same, but the area was small. The selection of food was small, and the pastries laid out on a way too big table, and were obviously boxed mass produced and not unique. The layout was odd and you weren’t sure where to start. The food was ‘meh’ and not a great selection. The made to order eggs were good and added a star to the food.

    I’m not a food critic by any means. We enjoyed our date night out. We had were a little behind schedule for our reservations for 6pm by 10 min or so. Instead of eating at a table for service we asked if we could sit at the bar instead since the show was at 7. Very accommodating and we enjoyed the bar area and service. We had the charcuterie board and a drink. It was a very nicely displayed plate and well rounded with meats and cheeses for us to enjoy quickly. Service was top notch and the atmosphere was one of a kind. We did have an issue and I’ll not put it here. But if management would reach out I would explain further to them. Dan
