I booked this table in February for our 30th wedding anniversary. During the booking process it asked was it a special occasion and I highlighted that it was on our booking. Why ask if it is a special occasion when in fact nothing was done about it. The waiter was able to tell me that I booked in February and was a bit apologetic. Service slow food ordinary and the whole experience would make me think about coming back. Vegetarian options very limited.

First time we have been, went with two friend's, the staff were excellent, the meals that we choose were very good although the portions were large. I had the chowder and was offered large or small, choose the small which was just right for me and it was excellent.

I've never been disappointed with the food or the service that I or indeed any of my family have received at the Jamaica inn. The staff are always welcoming and keen to oblige. It's certainly one of my favourite places to eat.

Great choice of meals on the menu, all very reasonably priced, and was really nice when it arrived quite quickly. Also a wide selection of drinks on offer and great views fron the terrace to go and sit and have a drink once finished your meal.
