   I booked the table specifically at 5:30 to enjoy happy hour and the happy hour menu that was listed on the website. When I asked about happy hour, the server, said there was no happy hour. Mind you, this was a Wednesday at 5:30. She said they offer no happy hour food and never mentioned the happy hour drinks. Even when I asked and mentioned that it is advertised even in the hotel lobby. We were guests of the hotel and it is our preferred hotel for business and leisure travel. I have been to the J Parker every and this was so disappointing. The server acted like she didn't care nor did she even offer an explanation for why it was advertised.

   Staff just didn’t seem to be put together or on the same page, they didn’t really have music going, jt wasn’t ‘comfortable’ from an environment standpoint just quiet and kind of a cold environment even though it was really hot. Service took forever on both food and just generally get someone’s attention

   Terrible service. Server forgot to put our order in for both food and drinks so were waiting almost an hour for our drinks to arrive. Spoke to Manager and followed up with an email however did not receive a response. Would not recommend

   Great view, very noisy. Bad acoustics. We were seated in a quiet spot, so grateful for that. Wonderful burrata dish. But limited menu. Had to go elsewhere for dinner. Celebrating two bdays and got two free glasses of champagne, so that was nice. Service was great. Just disappointed in the menu and the ambiance and noise.

   Huge bust, I love this place during the summer. This weird DJ setup you had going for St Patty's was awful and you really squandered this beautiful rooftop you have. No offense to anyone -- you were all at least respectful and made the two drinks we ordered in a fast manner and they were good but wow was the atmosphere a complete let down. There is no way I could enjoy a meal with that obnoxious loud music and I'm someone who goes to EDM concerts and raves. What was that? And really playing that for a dinner reservation? If you're going to do something like this to your event space perhaps just do a St. Patty's wristband or some other type of reservation so patron's accustomed to your usual dining experience won't be let down.

    My server was great. The people who work there are awesome, but the menu is not the best. I got the Asian slaw salad with a fried chicken cutlet on top and the cutlet had no flavor or seasoning, just sauce. and the salad tasted like it came from a bag. My friend got the tuna Tartar nachos, and it just generally was not great. The drinks were fine!
