In light of Windsor's rich royal heritage, beautifully designed interiors are brimming with elegant touches. When looking for a venue for a quiet business meeting, the Ivy immediately came to mind. As with all of their branches that I have visited, the decor and furnishings stand out along with the uniforms worn by some of the staff. Service remains attentive and discreet, food is always excellent. My partner and I were able to converse easily without being overwhelmed by extraneous noise and we enjoyed a relaxed lunch. I have a general aversion to chains, but the Ivy is a standout exception.

Hubby is a wheelchair user and today was our anniversary. Staff were quick on making sure we could access the restaurant with a portable ramp and gave us a seat with ample space. Service was outstanding, very friendly and food delicious! Thank you all x

My husband and I dined at The Ivy at Windsor. We were not offered a carafe of water like the other tables. Instead, we were charged $5 for a bottle of still water. I feel they did this because they could see we were American. My husband’s shepherd’s pie was delicious, albeit a bit small. My burger appeared to come from a pre-made frozen patty and lacked adequate seasoning. The chips that came with the burger were crispy and well salted. Our food arrived quickly but we were left to sit quite a long time for the check after we made it clear with our server that we would not be having tea or dessert.
