   Food was v average, hash browns were literally the cheapest freezer option I’ve ever had and everything was just a bit anaemic. Usually rate Ivy breakfast but £45 for two crap breakfasts, coffee & average service suggests that maybe they’ve let standards slip.

   Some poor behaviour by a certain group of male guests but we went during Cheltenham festival week so perhaps not surprising. Staff were excellent.

   Beautiful building with the horse racing themed decor which compliments Cheltenham very well. Service was excellent and the breakfast was high quality. They even brought a little surprise treat for my friend whose birthday it was which was a very thoughtful touch. Although slightly more expensive than other venues nearby, we felt that what you got for the money was well worth it.

    It was beautiful! The energy surrounding the area was unbeatable. The drinks came a little later than expected- our starters came then the drinks followed. We did have water though straight away. The food was super tasty, the Arancini balls were a revelation, loved it. The ambiance was intimate and cosy, but the tables seemed to be a little too close together- I noticed the waiter staff would struggle to manoeuvre around the tables to set food down. The proximity between tables were too close but apart from that it was a wonderful afternoon.

    Amazing service from all staff. Surprised with an unexpected birthday treat for my wife provided by the staff on the house. Lovely ambience, warm and inviting. Food was great. All in all a very enjoyable and memorable dining experience to celebrate my wife's 30th. Thank you to The Ivy.

    The Ivy is an OK place to eat. The staff seem a little superior and stuffy! It is a little overpriced too but I suppose someone has to pay for the venue and the overheads!

    We had a lovely meal and wine. Service was outstanding. However, we sat near the entrance, next to a window, which had quite a chill coming through. I will ensure I request a table in the Rotunda on my next visit. This is an amazing room with decour which we unfortunately missed out on.

    Overall service was good but not the usual very good we’ve had previously. Was great to get the table in the area we requested this time but the service was a little un-attentive. Food was good but my cheese soufflé starter was a bit soggy and not so much soufflé like. My partners main course steak had an extremely peppered sauce, which even for me who loves pepper, was a bit over the top.

    We had the salt and pepper squid which was tasty but not a lot of it and then 2 lobster spaghetti - both quite under seasoned but we were provided with lemon, chilli oil and chilli flakes to add lobster was minimal and very strange texture like it had been over cooked - one dish had tons of tomato sauce and the other not so much Little bit of finesse was lacking Wine was good and waitress was lovely The venue is stunning and we will still probably return

    Nothing so wrong as to complain about but all a bit average. Service just the right side of polite. Food fine but nothing special. Hopefully they were just having an off day as I have had lovely times at The Ivy before.

    The food was nice and the service was really good. Our biggest gripe was where we were seated. Given that the venue was relatively empty (we were in the main room and there were about 5 diners in total in the whole room). We were seated next to another table and for a good 45 minutes had to endure the selfies, Instagram and drunken tales from the table next to us which kind of spoilt the experience. As mentioned there were plenty of other tables available and given the price I was left a little disappointed by the experience.

    Fabulous place, very welcoming staff and wished us happy anniversary when we 1st got there. Food was 1st class as was the service. Even had a celebratory desert gift for our anniversary. Exceptional. I would only say the tables were pretty close together, other than that a 5 star review.
