We booked a specific table when dining there the week before. When we arrived we were taken to a different table and given an excuse that a large party had booked. However, it was a table for four occupied by four other people. Clearly not a true statement by the host!!!

The Ivy is always an excellent place to eat with great food, great atmosphere and reasonably priced. I always recommend it!

Good food , wine per bottle a little expensive . We were asked if we wanted water and we did not realise a normal sized bottle of water was over £8 a bottle . We just wanted tap water . This should be confirmed when asked about water .

Chicken Milanese was over cooked and very dry and mostly inedible. This was pointed out to the waitress but no compensation was offered until we asked for it to get taken off the bill. Waitress just said she would let the kitchen know.

Waited a long time for our food and it was lukewarm when it arrived. One of the hostess’s was also quite rude to me.

We had a very good lunch last Sunday starting with a glass of champagne and roasted scallops and goat cheese salad followed by tasty main dishes and finishing with an excellent raspberry coupe and strawberry trifle. It was busy and there was chatter creating a lovely ambience but nit intrusive. The waiting staff are very attentive and beautifully turned out. A very enjoyable late lunch into the afternoon.

Lovely Brunch with family. Disappointed that 'some' staff' buttoned up their jackets which were too small for them and one staff member's grey/black jacket needed a clean! The women on Reception looked beautifully groomed. Our young waiter looked after us very well.
