The Ivy Marlow Garden
The restaurant is located on Marlow High Street and has a garden situated at the back of the brasserie, providing a quiet al fresco setting.
Excellent service, was my other halfs birthday and they were all so kind. Thanks so much!
Fantastic time at the Ivy. Food was superb as was the service!
Service was pretty slow at The Ivy. We went for brunch and when the lunch crowd starting to arrive, we could feel the difference in service level.
Food was okay only like warm, needs to be hotter atmosphere was good
Excellent afternoon tea went with daughter her husband and 2 year old, perfect.
Always great food and service at the Ivy. Many thanks!
First of all, the decor is beautiful and there is a lovely through draught. The service was excellent; our server was efficient and personable. The food was absolutely delicious and the mocktails delicious.
Great venue, ambience, location and decor.
Huge over-calculation on splitting bill. Spotted by co dîner, otherwise we would have paid £150 extra!
One of our many visits to The Ivy Garden Marlow.
We all were catered for extremely well by the Team, this includes being booked in at Reception, taking our order, delivering our meals, clearing the table and talking through the options as one guest is Gluten intolerant.
Great atmosphere as always.
We will recommend The Ivy Garden Marlow to friends and also we shall be back very soon.
Soggy fish cake and sloppy uncooked poached egg. Below par.
£14.50 for glass of mediocre Rosé.
Cramped outside table.
Not the best visit I’ve had and I think they may have even put the prices up!
Excellent brunch - lovely atmosphere - very understanding as had to change time of booking twice
We went for breakfast - we sat outside - Excellent attentive service and delicious food.
At first glance with there being a separate vegetarian and vegan menu we thought The Ivy would be a great place for us to eat. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the vegan options, of which there was only two, one being a salad!
The service was good but the menu for our needs was a let down.
Gorgeous restaurant, service, food, atmosphere all perfect
Lovely restaurant, will definitely go back. If there is only 2 of you then ask for a corner table as you get a round table with more room.
Service was great and all the staff we lovely.
Very good food. Our waiter was relatively new but very personable but needed to be better acquainted with, for example, the choice of beers. It was very noisy although that was largely down to another customer who spoke so loudly it made our conversation difficult.
Venue is beautiful, food was delicious and service was great! I would be happy to return.
Great buzzy place for lunch, service good but a little slow and seats could do with a good dust clean - assuming down to long lockdown period. Will definitely be back though!
Service was terrible. Our wine was kept at a cereal point which is fine but no one was keeping it poured for us. Another in our party asked for a glass of red which didn’t come until
She’d almost finished her main. Food was tasty but no one came back to
Check we were happy with it. There seemed to be too many men in black suits walking around doing nothing but not enough waiting staff.
Lovely ride out to Marlow pre booked a table in the garden, perfect. All the food was great, somehow better than other Ivy's Ive been to. The garden section is delightful and with umbrellas and heaters, ideal for the English weather. Service was polite and efficient. Highly recommended
Staff were extremely helpful all smiling and looking gorgeous
Excellent service had the best time thankyou
Top experience, took my three teenagers who can’t stop waxing lyrical. If they are impressed enough to talk about it, then it must be good
A very pleasant Sunday lunch spent in the garden area. Staff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. The inclusive service charge is annoying. Tips should be at the discretion of the customer. The food is already priced quite handsomely. Overall, great restaurant, slightly over-priced for what is an upscale brasserie.
Enjoyable occasion with lovely front of house staff. A little expensive but didn't spoil the occasion.
Fantastic experience ,
Amazing food and of course awesome service
Beautiful setting, great service and delicious food.
Amazing atmosphere, decor and overall service! We booked for breakfast and the Ivy didn’t disappoint, breakfast was very good. The only criticism I would have is to bring more variety into the breakfast menu. Apart from that, it was great, I would definitely recommend going.
Amazing service with fantastic food. Highly recommend checking it out.
A little disappointed with level of service and quality of the food.
We waited over 20 minutes for a Carafe of white wine, then the zucchini was very salty.
When the special of the day cod arrived it was over cooked and uneatable.
However the manager was very professional and offered a discount on the meal.
This was the first time I've eaten here and I was very impressed. The decor was amazing and the food was stunning.
Wonderful dinner, thoroughly recommended and the interior is stunning!
My husband and I went there to celebrate my birthday, we sat in the garden area and I am glad we did as it was full inside and very noisy. Food and service fabulous, alcohol very pricy. Great evening we had
The food was good but the service was abysmal. Shockingly long waits, having to ask for things twice, being ignored, sat with dirty plates for 40 minutes. Not the service that matches the prices unfortunately. The staff seem young and clueless, lacking in training / common sense. No people skills when it comes to service, spoken to like mates
We had a fantastic evening, the service, food and drink were excellent. We will definitely be returning.
I've been to better Ivy Gardens.
The service was very good, however the food was a let down, with little flavour and not to the standard received at other locations before.
Cocktails were very good.
Saturday early tea, you cannot go wrong with an Ivy. The place was buzzing and very busy, many people quite smart but this is not a requirement. Seated straight away and drinks ordered but we noticed that the empty table next to ours had some food spillage on the banquette seating which was missed by every single staff member that visited the area to clean/straighten/reset the table and the next customer would definitely have ended up sitting on the food.
Other than that, the food is always decent in an Ivy and this one was a new one for us so it shows that they are possibly consistently decent in all branches. Lavishly designed and staff all very pleasant and smart.
Really beautiful place, lovely atmosphere, staff are all very polite and professional - just took a little too long to order as we were waiting about half an hour before a waiter came over. The restaurant was extremely busy and every table was full, after we ordered the food arrived very quickly so we didn’t mind too much. Would definitely come back again as there was lots of variety on the menu.
We visited for afternoon, which was absolutely lovely! Nice restaurant and fab decor, but very busy. So many staff running around ...and still our service was shocking. We were told that our second beverages were complimentary due to the wait, but our beverages were supposed to be free refills anyway. A good experience but won't be rushing back.
Excellent experience, food and service. Couldn't have been better. Stunning place, the staff were incredible, and the food and cocktails delicious. Worth every penny.
Always a delightful experience with exceptional service. Dan was so considerate and helpful especially when I didn't fall in love with my starter. He changed my meal instantly and I loved the prawns. An amazing place to celebrate a birthday or special event - thanks for making a special day, speacial
