   Lovely entrance and greet on entrance and atmosphere is lively loud but bustling. Tables felt a little crammed too close to another and booth chair seating stained and marked and could do with a revamp. Food was a little overpriced and steaks smaller than other restaurants portion sizes. Food was tasty but options was a little limited and fussy. Waiter was the best he was super sweet chatty and great eye contact and smiled the whole time even brought us an anniversary treat which was lovely. Cocktails were lovely. Not sure if I would run back but it was nice to do something different.

   The Food and service was good. The only problem we had, the tables were too close together, we could not help hearing the conversation next door. There were 5 table for two along the window, 4 would have helped. This spoilt the lunch for us.

   Where to begin .. visited for breakfast 2/04/2025 Obviously no staff from belfast have been trained in the manner of the Ivy experience we have Experienced in other locations as there’s simply no comparison but lets start with the food. Zero positives here I’m afraid , cold beans , overcooked sausages , raw bacon which we actually sent back for it to be returned long after breakfast was finished, Incredibly soggy and oily potato bread & hard undercooked soda bread & eggs. The breakfast was by far one of the worst ive ever experienced which we did inform our server of Lets get to the un attentive servers dressed In dirty threadbare uniforms mostly shuffling around un coordinated, how long has this location been opened for uniforms to get so grubby ? We had a coffee set down which the server had spilled into the saucer and he apologies saying that he would bring a napkin “ it never appeared” nor was it changed It’s the little touches that make dining experiences - coffee arriving 10 Mins after the breakfast arrived, old teapots left after the new tea arrived no new cups left to use the old ones, inferior dead dusty plants and just an overall unpolished experience which is very sad as the dublin experience is such a 5 star feel and expertise My advice is all belfast staff go to dublin and see how it’s done and all customers thinking of visiting avoid until they get there act polished

   This was my first visit. It certainly won't be my last! The restaurant is beautiful, staff are very friendly, efficient and service was outstanding. The menu is varied and so full of flavour. A lovely experience. Highly recommend a visit.

   My friend and I had a most enjoyable lunch, everyone was so helpful and friendly and we were so grateful it made our day to feel so welcome, food drinks perfect 🥰

    Worst service I’ve ever had including fast food outlets. Absolutely shocking!
