Chilli noddles were greasy and had no flavour whatsoever confit duck with noodles ended up being ill within 5 minutes of eating some

General setting and experience was good. I found table a little too close together where we sat, felt like we were too often interrupted by those next to us by either unintentionally catching eye contact or overhearing hearing each other conversations. Food was generally great, although I found my lobster and duck rice really dry. Service was generally great too, although server wasn't sure of ingredients in Food when queried something and drink server didn't seem sure on names of whiskey ordered.

Thoroughly enjoyable and a very good value set menu. Excellent service at the table. The only downside was having to stand waiting for over five minutes with our coats in hand, with a queue forming behind us in the lobby (after confirming our reservation) while the member of staff answered the phone. This has happened to us before at this Ivy. There seemed to be plenty of staff around, not seeming to do very much. Either get it sorted or put some seats in the lobby area to make it more comfortable for everyone who has to wait.

Ivy Asia in Cardiff is a fabulous restaurant, the food and staff are excellent and my only criticism is the background music, “techno”is not a good choice for this environment.

Everything was amazing. The service was excellent. We got the premium one. From the starter to the main corse and the desert was divine 🥰 highly recommended 👌 I felt like I was in Singapore, and it did not disappoint my expectations. Definitely would cone back.
