   Service was terrible had 5+ people serve us took forever to clear the table and get more drinks food was well over priced, putting food in a fancy Swan doesn’t command and extra tenner as it wouldn’t even fit on the table. Table two small after being told you should order 15 dishes for 5 people. Overall a very poor experience most of the attention when to one individual and we just felt forgotten about. Then to add a nearly £50 service charge, I would have had no problem in paying it if I’d actually received service. I have never asked for it to be removed before but I just had to remove it this time. When we asked for it to be removed there was no really apology at all

   Easy to book. Had a courtesy call the day before which is a nice touch. Very warm welcome, the staff are happy and very chatty. We went with the lunchtime set menu which is plentiful. The food looked great and tasted even better. We picked a good time as it started to fill up about 30 mins after arriving. The decor is fantastic. We really enjoyed and will visit again.

   Absolutely beautiful the service, was fantastic so friendly and because we been so many times they , went above and beyond, food was excellent

   From the decor to the DJ, the whole Ivy Asia experience was magical. The food was superb and the service sublime, let’s not forget the bathroom surprise!

   First time celebrating a pre-anniversary dinner with the Mrs in this establishment. The waiting staff explained the dishes well and we had a really good selection of starters and mains. Not too hungry but the amount we chose and ate - hit the spot. Lovely staff, Great food. Love the decor and ambience. Will definitely dine here again.

   Wonderful evening with fantastic food, our waitress Indy was attentive and very friendly, the whole party thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food was delicious.

    Lovely anniversary dinner, great ambience, Rhiannon our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. The menu has both set menus and al a carte. Good value.
