Nestled in the heart of Brighton’s historic quarter, the brick-paved Lanes, The Ivy Asia Brighton is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and much more.

Savour a menu as rich and varied as the diverse cultures that span the continent of Asia. With pan-Asian classics alongside incredible vegetarian and plant-based options, there’s something to please all. Expect a range of Sushi and Sashimi as well as small plates such as Pork and Kimchi dumplings, Spinach and Mushroom Gyozas or large plates such as smoking BBQ Lamb Chops and Slow-cooked Pork Belly.

Fabulous meal, we chose the experience menu with 9 plates. Plenty of it and excellent quality and taste. First Ivy Asia experience but won’t be the last.

Had to wait for 45 minutes to be seated even with a booking. Tables seemed a bit close to each other, making it feel louder. Ended up eating over an hour after we were meant to be seated. Apart from that, was a really good experience.

Such a fantastic experience from the minute you enter the restaurant. The decor, atmosphere, staff, food were all outstanding!

It was very hot, no fans or air con which made eating spicy food not every pleasant and was very loud. Food and drink lovely.

Amazing food - couldn't fault it. The interior and decors was stunning, so pretty and maintained well. Loved our waitress Jamie. So attentive, to the point she heard I had something stuck in my teeth and she got some toothpicks. She went above and beyond. Only small issue is we got the wrong bill and having left the restaurant after 20 mins had to return to pay the outstanding bill, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Food was great. Service was surprisingly poor. We had to keep reminding staff to bring glasses for our bottle of water. After eating, we waited 40 minutes for our plates to be cleared in and it only happened because I had to walk up to a staff member to ask. Same happened again after dessert. And I had to get up for a 3rd time to ask for the bill. Just very inattentive.

Wow ! What an amazing venue !! The food and drinks were incredible but the thing that stood up the most for me was the amazing service that me and my partner received! We were greeted by Bella , the receptionist which welcomed us with a beautiful smile , she made us feel so welcome and taken care off , once seated in our table Our wonderful waitress Jess was so attentive and kind in every stage of our visit, a true professional. Also the drinks blowed our mind because of how good they were(shout out to the bartender Kieran for mesmerising us with such creative and wonderful cocktails) every detail was perfect. We went for a few sushi dishes that were beautifully served by Matthew (I think that was his name) he proceeded to explain every dish in detail and it truly made our experience a 10/10. Congratulations to whoever is running this restaurant because the vibe was immaculate from the beginning till the end. I will be coming back a 100%
