Dear Ivy Asia Team, I’m writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your restaurant to celebrate my 60th birthday. When I made the booking, I made it clear that this was a special occasion, and I had hoped for a memorable experience to match the significance of the day. Unfortunately, the evening fell short of expectations in several ways. Despite informing your team in advance, there was no effort made to acknowledge the occasion. We were not seated in a special area, even though we asked to be moved, and nothing was done to mark or celebrate the event. Additionally, the service we received was lacklustre, which only added to the sense that the occasion was not being treated with any particular care or attention. This milestone birthday was an important one for me, and I chose Ivy Asia specifically because of its reputation for delivering unique and elevated dining experiences. It’s disheartening that what should have been a joyful and memorable evening felt so ordinary—and, frankly, overlooked. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as I believe in your brand and would like to think this experience is not typical of the service you strive to deliver.

This was my first visit to an Ivy Asian Restaurant and what an experience. The decor is amazing, it felt like stepping inside a true Asian experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the floor is amazing!!!! Important part of a restaurant visit.,....,..the toilets were immaculately clean. Menu- wide variety of food at good prices. We started with a selection of small dishes then I had the prawn curry. Very good value for money. This has become a favourite of mine........I've already booked to come again!!

Beautiful setting, but sadly not the best trip for us. Long wait times, inattentive servers and overpriced. Sadly we won’t be back.

We had to ask 3 times for water, once on arrival, once when ordering food and finally after calling someone over. No one thanked us for coming or said goodbye as we left. Food however was delicious, beautiful decor and nice atmosphere although the DJ played rather heavy beat music even though it was 4pm on a Sunday afternoon.
