Service was excellent! Shout-out to Kash for doing great service. Beehive pizza was so good and the wagyu beef carpaccio is to die for.

Server was so knowledgeable, made our experience perfect! He even opened the door for us on our way out! We will request to be in his section anytime we come back.

The pizzas are always very tasty and the happy hour price is great! We have always been very pleased with the service too. We have been many times and will continue to go and recommend it to our friends.

As someone with celiac, finding good gluten-free options is always difficult. The Italian Osteria & Cheese Bar had some great options. We tried the gluten free pizza, and it was one of the best we've had to date.

My pasta was a little cold and a bit on the dry side . I have dined there 6 or 7 times and this was the first time this has happened .

Arancini and Cesare salad were awesome. And the variety of pizzas are great and they’re always willing to let you change up the topping.

Felt stuffy like there wasn’t enough air circulation. The restaurant was busy on the Friday night and felt like it wasn’t very fresh air (overwhelmed by the smells of all the meals of the people in the booths around us.)

Was a little disappointed by the portion size for the price.

Noisy atmosphere. Food was generally good. Our waitress was very helpful. One of our entrees was delayed coming from the kitchen so we were given a credit for that complete meal without asking.

Where do I begin? 4 of us went there on Wednesday night after choosing this restaurant over S & L in Langley, where I've been to several times and love it. Two of us ordered Spaghetti Carbonara and were so disappointed. My friend is Italian and she said it was the worst she'd ever eaten. It came warmish, so much so, that after ordering some parmesan cheese (I had to ask 3 separate times), it wouldn't even melt. It came with an egg yolk on the top (as well as one inside), and I gather, if the spaghetti was hot enough, it would have "cooked". There was an overall egg taste to the dish which was rather unpleasant. We decided not to ask for another one as we had waited quite a while for our food and didn't want to hold the evening up. My husband's lamb shank was quite small but he said it was great. To top everything off, a mouse ran under our table!!! We called the manager over and he very kindly, gave each couple a gift certificate. I wrote the company, (Joseph Richard Group), yesterday and haven't heard back since.

We’ve dined at the Italian a few times and always enjoyed it. Food and service has always been great. Will definitely be back.

Another evening if excellent service by our wait staffer. Made the choices of pizza informative and fun for our group. Will keep returning to this establishment for the great food as well.

We were warned the food would take longer we had no problem with that as we had no where else to be. They took off the entrees and gave us a gift card we have visited when we went on a date and other times with our children. Great food, great space and the service was nice. Try the honey pizza it’s uhhhhgmazing we would recommend this place for sure

Great food. Red wine should be cellar temp for the price. It was on the warm side and not enjoyable.

We usually stick to our favourite pizzas but decided on seafood appetizer, and prawn pesto and beef tagliatella - everything was excellent. Portions very generous for sure! Pasta al dente and flavourful. Our server Atash is personable and efficient - and reflective of the style of the restaurant. Had a great time, can hardly wait to return, hopefully with friends!

Most of the food was good, however the chicken parmesan and the pasta that came with it was quite bland, and I find it ridiculous that there is a charge for some extra parmesan cheese. Most places, especially Italian restaurants, are usually very generous with parmesan.

We had the Agnolotti of Butternut Squash & Truffle Forest Mushroom pastas... both were delicious!!

The food was not good. We ordered a Caesar salad and couldn’t eat it. It had a strange, unpleasant taste.
My pesto prawn pasta came with 3 prawns and 2 cherry tomatoes and nothing else. Pathetic. The pasta was super heavy and greasy but the flavour was ok. My husband’s carbonara was awful. It had little flavour - smoky water. That’s what it tasted like.
Friendly service and the carbonara was taken off our bill. Still, I’d never go there again and I would not recommend.

My husband and I came here for Valentine's Day dinner and the service and quality of food was subpar. It wasn't too busy; as you would assume with COVID protocols, but the service was lacking. Although there was a good amount of staff, it seemed like a task to try to find our server to get simple things like a spoon for our spaghetti, or some fresh parmesan. My husband ordered a double scotch, which when it arrived looked like a watered down shot, I don't think the bartender is familiar with how to pour a scotch neat. For mains, I ordered the prawn pesto and my husband the papardelle short rib. Our pastas were good, but nothing special. I have eaten here before and the service was lacking at that time as well, not much has since changed.
