We had a great time at The Italian on Wednesday! Our server Brielle was great! Thank you and the food was great as always!

We had a great evening, it was our anniversary and everything was lovely. The gluten free pizza crust is decent, which isn't easy to find.

I have been here many times before and it usually always hits!
I ordered the pesto shrimp linguini for the first time and was a little disappointed in the fact that the gave 4 shrimp. Considering the price point for this particular dish I would expect more. It was also a little on the salty side.

This was my first time at The Italian Osteria & Cheese bar & I think my expectations were too high. I had tried to dine there before but there was a 2 hour wait & we didn’t make a reservation so I had thought it was the place to go.
We got there & there was only 2 other parties there so I was surprised when our meals took a long time to arrive, and one of our dishes was wrong. It was fixed pretty quickly & the manager took care of it which was really nice.
I’m not sure if we’ll be back in the near future but we may try it again someday.

Food was fantastic. Service was not that good. We were celebrating two birthdays and no acknowledgement or "small talk" of any kind. Also service was slow.

Dinner was great. We were going to be late for our reservation but they held it for us even though we were an hour late

Some tables are soooo dark it’s like being in a back alley. The music was loud and tinny sounding. A softer tone with an Italian flair was kind of the expectation. But overall good experience.

High quality authentic food with just right service. Only negative, my favourite appetizer has been taken off the menu. Hope the fried artichokes come back soon.

Food was good, but, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, it took us 2 1/2 hours to eat. Service was bad only because we would go 30 mins at a time without seeing a waitress and the food took almost an hour just to get the appetizer. We went up to grab a server, and just saw them all sitting and chatting. Not very impressed. Waitress was nice, but needed to be more available and it shouldn't have taken so long for the food.

Everything was spotless, spaced out and quiet but we were there at 2:30 in the afternoon for happy hour, it was just the way we like it, quiet excellent service and the pizzas on happy hour were fresh hot and delicious! Will be back for happy hours for sure!

First night after menu change but we ended up tried and true with our pizza. Changes look good and broaden the menu. Disappointed our favourite salad (the pear and prosciutto one yum) changed out but maybe back in future. Our sever Brielle Soliel was charming and efficient. Added value to the dining experience for sure. Looking fwd to next visit.

The food was delicious and the only thing that we did not like which was the deep fried artichokes, and it was taken off our bill. They were just really soggy and had a weird texture. Other than that the chicken Parmesan and Caprese salad along with the antipast was very good. Our two little boys crushed a cheese pizza. The chocolate ball tiramisu was absolutely incredible.
