A local favorite. Great food well presented and yeasted and large portions.. Service was impeccable

We have been there two times in a relatively short period of time. Service the second time improved.

The first time there I had baked eggplant. Very tasty. I liked that it was not fried.

This time I tried the linguine fruiti di mare. Again quite tasty. There was several clams and mussels plus two large shrimps and calamari. Included was several small pieces of fish, though the description of the fish or the type was not noted. I happen to like calamari I would have liked some more. The calamari was cooked just right not too chewy, over cooked it is like rubber

Many times I had this dish small clam pieces was included. It would improve the dish, in my opinion.

Nevertheless , will return.

Ambiance was great as would the service. The food was ‘ok’. Nothing special. Penne a la vodka was terrible in particular. Bread was good and warm.

A lovely local restaurant that is buzzing. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was great. The piano music in the background made the experience even more special. They even brought out Tiramisu with a candle to cap off our anniversary celebration. We will be back.

Very nice newer north Scottsdale restaurant. Great selection of menu items in a moderate price range. We had great service and meal. Definately would return next time in town.

The remodeled space with high top tables and dividing wall greatly improved the acoustics and noise level. Food is terrific and moderately priced. Very good and friendly waitstaff and live background music. What more can you ask for?

My favorite Italian restaurant in Scottsdale! From bread service to dessert, excellent! Best calamari and chicken parmigiana in town, hands down. And that's saying a lot, since there are so many great Italian restaurants in North Scottsdale.

Everything was wonderful from the minute we walked in until we walked out. The food was wonderful, service extraordinary and the outdoor dining was so pleasant.

The best service! Bobby was very good and very attentive. The food was outstanding, fresh and like you were Italy.

Second time dining at The Italian Daughter. Enjoyed it as much as the first and it is worth the 45-minute drive for quality food and service. Attentive staff who absolutely did not rush us, and delicious food made with fresh ingredients.

Our waiter, David, was excellent. His service was great, he was enjoyable to speak with and really helped carry the evening. Don’t often have great wait staff and this was one of those rare occasions.

Everything was ok, but I felt pressured to order right away. I ordered the seafood salad for appetizer, which was good. I ordered the halibut which would have been great if it was hotter. Me and my husband both ordered the halibut and both of are dishes we’re cold. We had a bottle of wine with our dinner and lemon cello cake for dessert. We were done in an hour. I would have liked everything to have been slowed down.

First time since restaurant changed from Tomasos
to the Italian Daughter. Had high hopes for a great new restaurant but was hugely disappointed.
Food was not good. From bread, appetizers to entrees that were all disappointing, lack of flavor.
Sadly we won’t be back .

Different type of menu to choose from. Bread very hard. Veal excellent. Should have read that red pepper was in sauce, made it too spicy for me. If you like spicy food the tastes was very good. Would differently go back again

Our server was Amber and she was awesome! Our reservation was for 6PM and we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Very busy but well organized. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Wonderful evening at The Italian Daughter! Service was impeccable, entree’s delicious and cocktails divine. A few favorite noteworthy dishes include lasagna, veal scaloppini and halibut. If you’re a cheesecake fan, indulge for The Italian Daughter has the best cheesecake ever—and this is coming from a hard to please cheesecake connoisseur from NY. Absolutely lovely restaurant and look forward to visiting again!
