Our party had the flounder special, which was delicious. The scallops with tomatoes sauce and linguine was OK. Get the salmon special. It was delicious. Our waiter was divine, and spending any afternoon on the water is always a delight. would recommend!

Excellent food. Waitress was a delight. Chef accommodated gluten free client. Owner stopped at the table to, very friendly!

They gave us a totally different restaurant menu than the menu posted on open door and their website. When I questioned the bait and switch menu their reply was they just changed to a summer menu and wanted to know what websites had the old menu so that they could change it. You would think they would update that! The new menu Which had half of the entree choice, much less appealing to my party of 5. I never would have eaten there had I seen their menu! The food was blah and tasteless. The Cesar salad was wilted and had more croutons in it than salad. The oyster app had 2 missing oysters out of a plate of 6 for $19! Don’t waist your time or hard earned money, find an other place along the beach to eat!

The service was very good & friendly The food from appetizers to main course was great. Parking was a bit challenging w a very rude “ parking monitor “ who lacked any sense of manners._ they apparently share parking w a hotel and is limited on a busy evening.

The service was very slow. I felt so bad for our server, she just had too many tables that evening. We were told that they were merging with another restaurant so there were so changes & issues to be worked out. Upon arriving and seeing the condition of the building I at first thought I was in the wrong place. The outside is not appealing, and I didn't even want to walk inside. We had a reservation and were seated promptly but it went downhill from there. It was about 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. I asked about wine and there was no wine list. I ended select a cocktail which turned out to be very good. We ordered 2 of the specials of the day, one was fish which was nicely prepared and delicious. The 2nd entree was lobster ravioli and it's probably the best I've had anywhere here in Palm Coast. I'm hoping it gets better as poor management and poor service can be the death of a restaurant even if the food is really good.

Very convenient to book a reservation from the island Grille website. Ordered drinks and they didn't have Beefeater Gin or Tanqurey so drank water. We both ordered Wasabi salmon which was great but took a long time to get served. Our server was not very attentive but did ok. I will call first to make sure they have our liquor before booking a reservation.

as a vegetarian i always love a few menu choices which Island Grille had. our server let me try the sauce before i ordered to be sure it wasn’t too spicy for me. my husband ordered the steak which he said was great. nice view but a great view if u sit outside
