El chef Jean-Georges presenta su última aventura, un restaurante elegante informal instalado en la pintoresca localidad de Pound Ridge, Nueva York. Jean‑Georges ofrece auténtica cocina de temporada con ingredientes de la granja a la mesa procedentes de Hudson Valley y Nueva Inglaterra siempre que es posible. El edificio, construido en 1833 como vivienda y utilizado más adelante como posada, ha sido cuidadosamente reformado manteniendo al máximo los elementos originales, como son las 4 chimeneas en funcionamiento. El interior del restaurante ha sido diseñado por Thomas Juul-Hansen y ofrece un ambiente moderno pero rústico, con elementos de zinc, mármol y madera reciclada. Su iluminación, ingeniosamente ideada por Hervé Descottes, emplea pantallas de papel y apliques Edison para crear un entorno cálido.

    Everything was impeccable from beginning to end. The bread with the olive oil and salt was incredible. The banana pancakes were the best we’ve ever had and the homemade whipped cream was delightful. Just to name a few gems in our experience. They also surprised us in the end with a happy anniversary dessert plate —they even wrote ‘happy anniversary’ in chocolate.

    A lovely birthday brunch for 4 in the main dining room. Food was perfect for brunch, with an apple pie and chocolate mousse cake for desert. Lovely ambience and would highly recommend The Inn at Pound Ridge.

    We had the most amazing dining experience for my boyfriend's birthday. From the ambiance, to the exquisite meal, the cocktails, and the attentive wait staff, this restaurant is top tier in Westchester County.

    Always a great experience at the Inn. The staff is outstanding and it is a gem in central westchester. Great quality food and excellent drinks. We will always go back.

    Honestly, last night’s experience for birthday dinner was not our best at the Inn though I’ve dined there many times. Food was an off night. Bone cold room temp from moment walked in (AC blasting) and it was unseasonably cold outside. Quiet night and yet couldn’t seat us yet. Just an off night. I will return as it is a fave but not typical and at $250 for 2 you’d hope it met the standard JG offers.

    The people who work here always astound us with how nice they all are! My mother and I eat here once a month, and each time we marvel at how attentive, friendly, and yet professional, the staff are. The food is excellent. Portions often look really small when they first come, yet it's always enough food, every time. Top notch restaurant in every way, and incredibly pretty to boot!

    I come here often and love this place. Unfortunately the service was very slow - maybe only 2 people working service on a full patio. It’s disappointing as we had to cut our dinner short.
