I already sent an email as to why my experience was so terrible and haven’t heard back as yet. I will never go there again and will let other people know of my dreadful experience. Needless to say my Thanksgiving was ruined for me and my family.
This restaurant has an attractive ambiance with an entree of classic favorites and pub fare. My guest had the Chicken Marsala and she said that it was the best she ever had. I had the Shepard’s Pie which is classic comfort food. The service was good and friendly. This is the kind of neighborhood restaurant which you would love to dine in every week.

Service was a little slow, even to get drinks & water it took some tome for the waitress to return to our table. the chicken wings were great but apart from that the rest of the food was ok, could use a little more seasoning. We had the salmon & the steak with mashed potatoes.

My friend and I had a great dinner here last night. It’s kind of an upscale pub and it felt nice and cozy on a chilly fall evening. We shared the shepherds pie and the meatloaf and both hit the spot perfectly. The service was above and beyond, our server Karen was SO nice and really took care of us. A couple other servers checked in with us at various points and they were super nice as well. This place has a great vibe and was perfect for a low key dinner out.
Taco app was great. Scallops were terrible. Overdone. Rubbery. Just awful.

We arrived at 5:10, 40 minutes past our reservation time, in a rush to make a 6PM reservation for Boston Lights at the nearby Franklin Park Zoo. A Groupon led me to The Industry. We were in a real hurry, but we were immediately seated at the table of our choice. Our server, Erin, was very responsive and helpful with our orders and they arrived quickly. Very tasty, but we were in a hurry, so took much home with us. Erin had the check ready to go and was prompt in all aspects. My son swiped what was left of my chocolate cake with raspberries, so I have independent proof that it was good, as were the pizza and fish dinner. Very happy with our experience.
Gabby was our waitress and she was great. We were a party of four and two of us enjoyed our meals very much and the other two thought theirs was ok. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Poor service around drinks and timeliness of appetizers. Wings okay , Buffalo Mac and cheese had lack of flavor and tiny pieces of chicken scattered throughout.

Dinner for Father’s Day with family. Food and waiter were amazing.
Food was real bad, it almost seems like they don’t care. The steak was bland and full of fat. Very bad cut of meat. The steak tips were described as awful.
Came here for Sunday brunch and made a reservation beforehand. It seemed very slow (there were maybe 5 tables seated outside) and our server was very nice, but food took about 45 minutes to get to us and there were some items missing from our order. The food was delicious though, but it just felt unorganized overall.
Had a great evening at The Industry this evening! Diane makes a great martini and is very attentive. She is great!!!

The food took so long to come out... over an hour for 2 simple chicken wraps. The food seemed like it was just thrown together too- not worth the wait or money. It did not seem like a busy night, so not sure why everything took so long and that the quality was so poor. It was my first time visiting the restaurant and it will also be the last time going to the Industry. Very disappointing.
The Atlantic Fish n Chips were decent for Boston. The menu has variety, the waitresses appeared to be lazy perhaps because it was not busy, also our waitresses attire was kind of sloppy.
The food was bland. The service was excellent but underwhelming.

My wife and I go out every Friday night “date night”. Of all the local spot we have dined in so far the Industry was food wise fair, and service wise amazing. With both combined I would give it 4 ⭐️ out of 5. If you are deciding on food alone it would be 2 and a half ⭐️‘s.
Everything was fine. We were sitting near the open windows. Half way through our meal they closed the windows and it got uncomfortably warm.
Overall, it was just OK. Bartender (Older woman 55-60 years old) seemed to complain a lot. We could overhear her talking to other staff members and who seemed to be regulars. More than half the time her mask was a chin strap. She got confused by cash and a credit card in the check holder. Put the whole check on the card and acted as if she never saw a split check with half cash, half card and claimed she needs instructions.... Ummmm, if that confused you, maybe you should have asked? She is definitely not an asset to the restaurant. Maybe some more training could help her out.
With Lucy's nearby, I would go there before here. Much better atmosphere, food and service. I probably won't return. Food was good.
It was a blast to go here with my date! We sat outside and it was beautiful. We had excellent service and the food was awesome!

Overall a god experience, but there were a couple issues.
Toast came with no butter.
They were out of organic maple syrup for the chicken and waffles. Kind of odd to have waffles on the menu with no syrup at all available (organic or not.)
The chicken was a chicken cutlet and not fried chicken which is the norm for every chicken and waffles I have ever ordered. Not bad, but was not what I expected.
Home fries were very good.
Disappointing. Was excited to try it. Wouldn’t go back.

I haven't been to industry since befire the pandemic and we were not disappointed. We sat inside at the bar which was spacious and they have a great set up for our door dining also . Food and drinks were great , no complaints we will be back , thx Donna for complementary chocolate martinis they were delish .
