The food was great, and the service was wonderful. The cauliflower wings rocked, and Brussels sprouts will keep me coming back!
I always love coming to The Hub for Galentines Day!
Definitely not a fan of management. We asked if they could handle a 10 top. They could not they had plus spaced out
Wow! We can’t thank The Hub enough for hosting our small event. They went above and beyond, the staff is truly incredible. I’m impressed with the pricing and service, seriously TOP NOTCH.
The food was non traditional with a very unique twist but I tried several dishes, I liked them all.
If you want a relaxed atmosphere with fantastic service, this is your spot!
I went for brunch with my boyfriend and we were seated in a section that had plenty of TVs (for him). The food was great! I ordered the avocado toast and the fries. He had the build your own breakfast! We ordered a bottle of champagne for $12 and that came with orange juice. It's a great deal if you share with others in your party. The music set a vibe and we were so spaced out that we felt comfortable enough away from other people. We were able to make a reservation easily and check-in was simple. 10/10 would recommend!
Great waiter and good music. The menu had good choices and had indoor and outdoor seating. Seemed pretty busy, but all were wearing masks as appropriate until seated. Servers always wore masks as expected. Food good and cold beer. I was a happy camper...
Stopped in for brunch. Food was very good. Chicken and Grits were fantastic. Eggs in Purgatory were yummy. Mimosa special was fun and kept the cost down. Would recommend to a friend.
Horrible service took over 30 minutes to get a drink order and all we ordered was a bottle of champagne and flask of pre-pour orange juice. Bloody Mary took 40 minutes.
Have never had a bad experience here.
Regardless of who is providing service, it’s always great.
It was a great meal! We sat outside by the fire and the ambience was great! We went as a party of nine with some younger children and it was perfectly fine! Overall I definitely recommend!
If you are looking for exceptional service, ample outdoor seating, and good food and drinks, check them out. Limited menu currently, but favorites filled.
The food was not too bad but could definitely add more options. We were freezing in there, the air condition was blasting us.
The Hub has done a great job with making us feel comfortable eating there during COVID. The staff is also always friendly and attentive and of course the food is always amazing.
They decided to say they had a limit of drinks after serving us and not allowing us to order more.
I love this place! It’s laid back but still very nice. Great place to hang with friends/family!
Unique and trendy atmosphere. Great patio, and food was in perfect portions.
Great food and very reasonably priced. Perfect brunch spot
Great service and food!
This was our first visit. We loved the Brussel sprouts sooo good!! Will come back!!
Delicious fried pickles and wonderful cocktails. Was disappointed in the temperature and lack of seasoning on the fries. My chicken was cooked beautifully but the bun was so thin that the bottom was soggy and fell apart when I attempted to pick up the sandwich. I just ate it with a knife and fork and it was still very delicious. My boyfriend ordered the grilled cheese and it was amazing. I would recommend subbing out for another side because I didn’t like the fries. I will try another entree next time and will always return for brunch because they do every part of brunch exceptionally well.
The food and the service were excellent! We have already recommended it to friends and family and plan to return soon.
The Hub has a limited menu with descriptions that are vague. They don’t always accurately describe the dish, in terms of seasoning and presentation. The execution is inconsistent. With the competition in Louisville, we won’t return soon, or recommend The Hub to others.
Valentine’s Day!
Good unique food options
Loved it! We will definitely be back and we would recommend to anyone!
Service and staff were great!
We had a very large group for a birthday and chose The Hub since it was close to our escape room. We were able to make a reservation ahead of time and get a great table along the back wall. The menu has a decent variety to accommodate our groups allergies, vegetarian preferences, and even mocktails for the non drinkers. The Pepper Ginger Ale was amazing. It took a REALLY long time to get our food, especially since the entire restaurant wasn't full, but since we were such a large group we assumed they were just trying to bring it all at once. Would definitely go back again if we're ever in the neighborhood.
We had a special birthday celebration and despite being beyond busy they made it happen including incorporating our own cake and letting us set up early. Great front desk and wait staff. Parking an issue and menu could be expanded but always fun and lively crowd.
It was a good experience. It a good place to get a bite with interesting and creative food options
Birthday! Wonderdu
Food was meh
I used to love their brunch menu, but apparently they got a new chef, and now it’s not very expansive, and the helpings weren’t that plentiful.
Service went down once one or two more tables arrived in the general seating area.
One thing you can always depend on is mimosas.
The food we ordered was just very mediocre and one of the orders was wrong and had to be sent back and then they were out of the bacon jam for the short ribs which was a main part of the dish. Food certainly not worth what we all paid.
Cozy atmosphere, interesting menu, fun cocktails!
The service and atmosphere was fantastic. We weren't super hungry, so we split an entree. It was very good, but over-salted to the point we almost couldn't eat it (we both are big salt people too...)
The cocktails were awesome.
Will go back and give it another shot.
Birthday dinner with family. It was good
Quick meal. Food quality was fine, pretty good actually. Atmosphere was fun, high energy, festive (decorated for Halloween). Service was pretty slow (kitchen) and value was very poor for what the food was.
Some of the food was ok but I ordered the steak and it was awful! I ordered it medium and it came out rare. I asked to have it cooked longer so they made me a whole new one. It came out when everyone was finished w dinner. It was the worst tasting filet I have ever tasted. Nice environment wish the food was better. I should have known better when I got right in on a Friday night
Burgers were cooked too well done, as were the "charred" buns. Service was good but disappointed in the food.
Great service by Lucy and the atmosphere was great for an early Sunday afternoon lunch. Nachos were great and plentiful and the burger was fantastic. Would comeback again the next time we are visiting the Louisville area.
