   We have used the Honingham Buck on several occasions and always been very happy with the service, food and ambiance. This was no exception, the only downside was that some items had run out so we had to compromise slightly. Not a major issue but this was only 7.30pm so a little disappointing. We will come again.

   We had enjoyed the food here for years. But it isn't as good nowadays. We still visit occasionally as the ambience is lovely, and the staff are usually great. But the food is variable. Last night we enjoyed the starters apart from the chicken, which was dry and didn't taste of peanut. The roasts were good and the battered fish, but the chips were absolutely awful! Dry and stale tasting. The toffee pudding was excellent. We complained about the chips but the waitress, although very efficient up to that point, didn't apologise and was dismissive and clearly didnt know how to deal with complaints. If only this pub could sort out a few of the basics it would be great again.

   Delicious food, beautifully presented. And lovely, comfortable surroundings. The staff were friendly and professional.

   First time visiting and was very happy all round. Definitely the best meal we have had. Will definitely be back for a return visit.

   The usual warm welcome. Swift drinks service. A new and much improved menu. Will need to go back to try all the different starters! Only hiccup, they forgot to bring potatoes with the crab dish. this was quickly rectified. I wish they would return to Aspell cider, though. Looking forward to our next visit.

   Delicious food, friendly service. The chicken supreme dish was excellent, tasty and nutritious yummy. Starters were all nicely seasoned or selected ingredients. Definitely going back :)
