Located on the Bath and Bristol border, the Hollybush is everything a great country pub should be.

We have two comfortable and modern spaces for dining and a large bar area for drinking. Whether you are in the mood to put your feet up and enjoy a freshly prepared bar snack, treat the family to an excellent dining experience or grab a refreshing pint in our wonderful garden, we look forward to seeing you soon.

We are proud to serve the best local ales, an extensive range of up to 40 gins and the finest wines. Our experienced chefs prepare a wide range of dishes using fresh, local produce.

Our desserts are to die for! We regularly receive fantastic reviews, especially for our cheesecake which customers have been know to travel from afar to experience.

We went to the Hollybush on Saturday 7th September to celebrate My husband birthday. Everything was soo nice, lovely food.

Upon arrival we found the venue busy with no parking available off the road. The noise level was very high in the bar area and garden outside. We expected to find the dining area quieter, but our table was adjacent to the main bar and only separsted by a low partition, it was therefore, difficult to hold any conversation due to the bacjground noise level. We ordered a drink but when the waitress returned to take our food order, we decided that the environment was not conducive to enjoying a meal, and decided not to stay. The waitress was understanding and allowed us time to finish our drinks, before returning to the table to settle our bill. Following this experience, we have decided to only visit during weekday lunchtimes, when previously we have enjoyed the ambience.

The food we had was great. However I think you need to expand your menu a bit as it seems very limited

Opted for Sunday roasts. Pub extremely busy but service very efficient. Food plentiful and well cooked. Recommend for a decent Sunday lunch.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere, always is when we visit the Hollybush. James, Russ and the team are just the best.
