   I had two issues with The Hills. It offers just one non alcoholic beer. There should be more choice in 2025. The other issue is something beyond the control of The Hills: a quite loud diner sitting nearby who disturbed the ambience to some extent. Of course, that's a random event. Other than that, it was fine.

   The Hills is my favourite place for a drink. It has a warm, sophisticated vibe (think artwork and candlelight), great selection of wine, sides and gourmet pizza (I particularly recommend the salmon pizza). What really makes this place a winner for me, though, is the service: they are warm, welcoming and really know their wines! I've brought friends many times to The Hills; this evening I brought my parents, and the lovely manager greeted me by name and thoroughly charmed my folks. This bar is one of Melbourne's best.

   I recently visited The Hills Wine Bar and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The service was excellent and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The wine selection was impressive, and every dish we tried was delicious. The cozy vibe of the bar added to the overall enjoyment, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend!

   Came for a quick early evening dinner. Always good service and great pizzas. It’s worth noting the menu has been pared back since our last visit. Despite that it’s still a local gem.

   The restaurant offers a decent selection of pizzas, but the non-vegetarian options could use more variety to cater to a wider range of tastes. While the portion sizes are acceptable, they feel a bit small considering the price. The vegetarian pizzas are enjoyable, though they lack the depth of flavor that would make them truly stand out.    Every time we visit we have a fantastic time. Whole team is great but in particular gabe. Who always looks after us and gives us his wine recommendations. He never gets it wrong❤️
