When the new owners took over last year, it was a bit of a rocky start. We live in the neighbourhood and decided to try them again. Wow!!!! What a difference!! Excellent menu with fantastic choices! I had the butternut squash to start, and fish tacos. Delicious!!!! Service was impeccable!! Congrats The Hills, you hit it out of the park! We will be regulars going forward! Thank you!

The first thing my guests noticed was the decor. They mentioned how quaint and beautiful it was. We were met almost immediately upon entering and we were escorted to our ready table. We all commented on the ambience of the restaurant and the noise level was very pleasant, unlike some places where one must raise their voice to be heard across the table. The food presentation was exquisite, along with the flavors and price point. The server was fun, and did her best to accommodate all of our needs. We have already recommended the restaurant to friends and would definitely return.

Fantastic food and wine and service with a lovely ambience. Very sad that we have only just discovered this hidden gem to find out that the plans to change it to a sports bar are happening at the end of the month. If you have a chance to go here before then, do it!

If you love prime rib then I guess the meal was ok. The meat was good but the salads were terrible - just an opened bag of mixed lettuce. The hot vegetables were cold. If you wanted dessert- you had to pay extra. The room where the food is set up feels like a cafeteria- no ambiance at all. Very disappointing experience.

We had an inexperienced server who rarely visited the table. My blackened salmon burger had no spice or flavour at all. Originally my meal was incorrect and then late, and incorrect again. They took it off the bill but perhaps new people in the kitchen and on the floor at the same time isn’t a win-win for the customer. Chocolate tart dessert was not good. The place is lovely aside from this experience. Have had great meals in the past here.
