    I was pleasantly surprised and we had the most fantastic tea party. Ambiance and background music were 12/10! The pacing of the tea and food was impeccable, the quality of the tea and food were delightful (we will be attempting to recreate the homemade scone recipe for the rest of our lives lol), the staff was knowledgeable and charming, the gift shop itself was its own event. We tried on (and purchased) lace gloves, feathered hats, and pearled fascinators, and bought glitter pens, books, and fancy sugar cube tongs. We dressed up nice and frilly for the occasion and fit right in to the decor. The lighting in the gift shop is perfect for photos and we were able to capture many beautiful memories. This place was recommended to me by a coworker and I will now recommend it to anyone and everyone.

    We loved the Hidden Tea Room. I took my mom there for our birthdays and we were so delighted to be treated so well. The ambiance is amazing. Adorable tea rooms that you share with other people. Seeing the little girls come in with their pretty dresses on was so fun. We loved the Paris tea and purchased some from the gift store to brew at home. The food was amazing. Especially the warm scones! I felt like a queen. Definitely plan to go back!

    It was a nice experience. The tea and scones were delicious. The other food items not as good as when the bakery owned it. Expensive for the small small bite size portions.

    We had an absolute wonderful and delightful experience at the Hidden in Tea Room. I cannot remember a time where we have been treated so well. The staff was kind, considerate and helped us celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and the tea was yummy. We are delighted to find this place.  It was also nice and quiet, and it's spaced out in a way that you don't feel like you have to yell to talk to the person across the table from you. They even have these cute little hats you can wear at tea. I rarely give for five star reviews, I just wish I could give more .

    Beautiful space, friendly staff, and a very nice little spread. I'd want a little more food for the price, or maybe one more pot of tea added to the package, but the ambiance and service were so lovely I can see why they charge what they do. And the food we did have was creative, cute, and tasty. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I do believe we'll be back.

    Great local afternoon tea restaurant that are hard to find. Friendly service and great decor. I love all the different tea cups and tea pots served to us. Help support one of the last few local tea restaurants in our local community.

    I found my experience at the Hidden Tea Room lacking. There is room for improvement. The pastries were okay. The quiche was the best item served. The actual tea was also okay. I have had better tea from the grocery store. Service was a little disorganized but we felt cared for. The woman who served us was very nice. We wanted to purchase some items from their boutique. Unfortunately, no one was assigned to the shop to check us out so we left. I hope this cute place will make it and I hope to visit again.

    We took my 92 year old mother and my three year old great niece. It was absolutely darling inside lovely French ambience selection of teas was plentiful and delicious table setting was absolutely gorgeous. The scones were a little bit larger than I had anticipated which was nice we ate one and took the other one home. we chose the smaller tea service with the scone and the quiche. I was a little disappointed in the size of the quiche. It was a small round muffin size quiche. My sister chose the two tea sandwiches with the scone and I think that would be a better choice. For the smaller service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back .

    They worked around our schedule for my tween daughter's birthday get together. The ambiance was perfect and she really enjoyed her day with her friends. Such attention to detail was great. Will definately recommend to check it out.

    Our hostess (Elizabeth) was delightful in every way! We loved each having our own pot of tea too! We really appreciated the history of the Tea Room and the stories of the various local women crafters who make delightful items for the gift shop! Kim Kuenzinger and Friends

    Enjoyed visiting the Hidden Tearoom with my granddaughters, who loved the choices on their children's menu!. My sister and I had the Queens Tea and teacup salads (actual yummy spring greens in a teacup!), and the girls opted for PBJ. I loved the presentation of the child's plate: skewered fruit cut into floral shapes, and a PBJ sandwich heart. Girls had hot cocoa and pink lemonade, which they shared and couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. The scones, curd, cream and jelly are the best! I enjoyed the quiche and sandwiche wedges. I loved the presentation of the teacup salads and was hoping for a bit more panache on the Queen's Tea presentation. .perhaps a chocolate crown or crown shaped sandwiche? Overall the Hidden Tearoom is a little treasure worth visiting.

    This was a great experience. I love high tea and seeing there was a place in Lodi that had this service was exciting. I took my mother here and we had a great time chatting over pots of delicious tea and light fare. the sandwiches were delicious as were the desserts. I look forward to coming back when the next opportunity for me arises.

    The quiche was the star of the Queen's Tea. The sandwiches and desserts were good for the price point, but they cannot rival those from the fancier hotel establishments. Nice selection of teas. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing for a Friday afternoon.

    The Hidden Tea Room is a hidden jewel! Traditional English tea with professional, friendly, personable service; good food, wide selection of tasty teas; delightful, inviting, peaceful, beautiful atmosphere, with a small gift shop. I found it perfect for gathering with friends or a solo meal with a good book.

    I will eat here again. This was my first visit under new ownership. I did not like sitting at a table in the gift shop so will make sure I request the dining room. I had a couple of issues with service but not s biggie. The sandwiches were delicious and fresh.

    This tea service is wonderful. The wait staff are very attentive. I love the savory finger foods, but the dessert portion was way too sweet. Shock to the palate after all the savory. Luckily we were able to take dessert home foe another time. Highly recommend.

    Took my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. It’s a quiet little place, very comfortable, with wonderful customer service. Kids have a choice of tea, hot chocolate or pink lemonade which I appreciate it. No crust on any of their sandwiches and desserts were small but delicious. We had such a lovely experience and plan to be back soon

    Beautiful ambiance, delicious food, outstanding service. Located in a nondescript strip “mall”, this quaint tea room instantly transports you to a lovely sitting room where you’ll sip a soothing spot of tea (there’s a large variety to choose from) and dine on the most delicious scones, finger sandwiches and desserts. Cara was a knowledgeable and attentive server who was a delight to interact with. When you’re done with tea, shop for any number of charming tea essentials, candles, soaps, or jewelry! I’ll be back!

    Took 5 year old granddaughter here for a Sunday afternoon tea. Knowing that it was her first tea, the staff had a special table for her and brought over a Fancy Nancy book about tea time for us to read while we were waiting. Granddaughter loved the teddy bear cream tea with scones, fruit, and heart shaped pb&j sandwich. Beautiful place settings and ambience, very attentive service. Highly recommend.
