Outdoor seating arrangements shall limit the number of patrons at a single table to no more than six (6) individuals, all of whom must be from the same household or living unit. Members of separate households or living units are not allowed to dine at the same table.

Not being near a heater made the experience a little cold and uncomfortable. The food was very tasty and our server, Breanna, was wonderful and did her best to accommodate.

We were out-celebrating our anniversary-and with Covid being at it’s peak-we could not have chosen or experienced a more enjoyable evening -thanks to Hero’s Ranch ambiance- friendly service-excellent tasting food-with respectable value. Have dined here prior to our special evening and will not hesitate to dine again-keep-up the good work-we appreciate what you are doing and sacrificing during this pandemic.

It was little cold but manageable. The sitting was little tight for 6 people.

Never a complaint - food always consistently excellent along with the friendly service - love a place that retains their employees so a personal connection is made and they welcome you back every time :) cornbread and chicken- YES - ahi tower-YES and we tried the Thai taco trio - delish - great for weekend brunches too!!!!

Very good food, friendly service, careful attention to covid protocols. All in all it was a great experience. We really enjoyed the cornbread appetizer in particular.

Second time dinning here. Did not disappoint I was with a group of 6 and everyone was extremely happy with the food , wine and service. Highly recommend it. The butter cake dessert is the perfect way to end the dinning experience.
Its become my Nicks replacement although because I knew Nick and his staff well, I never had to wait to get in like I have to to do at Hero. Somethings are worth waiting though:)

Cozy setting, efficient and friendly wait staff, delicious selections in appetizers and main courses and reasonable prices. It just doesn't get any better than this! Thanks to Sarah, Savannah, Gabe and Eric for all their hard work.
The food was very good, and our server was excellent, but our table left a lot to be desired since we were seated right behind the hostess stand. It was loud and distracting.
They have a pretty major fly problem too, but they were aware and taking steps to address it.

perfect amount of food in every dish we ordered. great wine choices and the price point is better than any of restaurants around southbay. food is excellent, service is wonderful.
Overall a disappointing experience for brunch as we have enjoyed several dinners in the past. Food service was very slow. when the food arrived, Just breakfast sandwiches they were hot and tasty. Tons of loud cars and motorcycles cruising down highway 9 . Maybe add a little music to help with the ambience and drown out the noise. never got our waters filled and plates were left on our table quite sometime after we finished eating. Overall not what I had expected from hero ranch brunch. and oh yes, they changed the brunch menu to more of a lunch menu.

The omelette was fantastic, my friend had the brioche and said it was perfection. It's great to be able to dine out during this whole sheltering-in-place, COVID-19 time. Hero Ranch has done a great job setting up outside with multiple tables spaced out nicely and cubicle style areas. Hero Ranch is one of the best places to dine out in Saratoga. I have to say in the several times we've dined, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL, they are so warm and gracious. We LOVE dining at Hero Ranch! Brunch is wonderful, with a nice selection of drinks, entrees and more. Dinner is INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend the pork chop. If you haven't tried it yet, - GO NOW! Be sure to make reservations as they are POPULAR!

Ordered omelette with no mushrooms, received it loaded with mushrooms. It was also b'day celebration brunch and asked if they had a dessert but only available at dinner. Request was made when reservation was made and there was no mention of this only being offered at dinner.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! I love the decor and the level of service. It was a cold night and I wasn’t sitting close to a heater. They immediately came to the “ rescue” and added one next to me. I ordered the steak and it was cook to perfection. The wine selection is great as well.

Service and food quality was excellent. Portion size was variable. A glass of wine was 1/8 of a bottle (normal is 1/4), priced 3 glasses to bottle price. The staff graciously upgraded us to a bottle and I confirmed the chincy glass portion size by comparative pours. Entrees were the ribs - very healthy potions - and the stuffed pasta shells - minuscule portions. 3 shells, not very big; maybe they are making them in-house and the size is variable? Normally, 3 jumbo shells stuffed is a full meal, but these were half the size. Shared my ribs with my partner to resolve the problem. They should purchase a box of jumbo shells, make the same recipe and weigh them - that way they can confirm portion size by weight for the homemade shells, and add more as needed.

We appreciate all feedback regarding the food as this is how we improve on a daily basis. Birthday dinner. We’ve eaten here at least 12 times in the past two years. This is where typically take my clients for dinner after wrapping up a real estate deal. Tonight, we brought two friends here for my husband‘s birthday dinner. It did not disappoint as always. Next Sunday night, we will be dining at flowers for the first time. We look forward to that experience.
Delicious food and wonderful servers made for a great birthday celebration. Even had a complimentary dessert with a candle! Plenty of tables outside, but not on top of each other. Can't wait to go back!

We were seated in the alley which was nice and quiet, plus we were in the shade. Perfect! Had the salad with salmon and it was excellent.
I grew up in Saratoga and have always had a great appreciation for the restaurants and support them in the best manner possible. My friends and I went to HRK for brunch. The food was delicious and Erik provided excellent service. Thank you to the brunch staff.
We were still in the area and returned for dinner. The dinner service was lacking and actually quite rude. We ordered a bottle of wine, food, and dessert. We were asked to leave by Alex (role unknown) even though our drinks weren’t finished and I had let our waiter knew I intended to order food to go. If you have a staunch policy on kicking people out let it be known at time of seating. Sara (Sarah) the manager wasn’t very polite either.
We loved the food and the service was really fantastic. We were surprised that all the dishes we tried were delicious as we can be picky. We highly recommend.
As always, one of the highest quality meals around the LG-Saratoga area. We will be back soon.
Wine and cocktail list are top notch. I find the food to be decent, but the ambiance and service makes the place worth it every time. Will definitely be back!
