Food, service and ambiance was great!! We will be back really soon, wanna try everything on the menu
Not my best meal there. Sat in back by kitchen. Very noisy with servers going in and out. Owner was not there that night. Hopefully better next time.
Glad we discovered this gem. Everything was fantastic from the cocktails, food and the service.
It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. The food was incredible. A wonderful experience!
I will definitely be back here! The food was delicious and service was perfection!
Creative and inventive farm to table. From cocktails and starters, to a wide variety of delicious entrees and wonderful Texas wines...everyone in our large party was impressed. Each suggestion was spot-on and service was friendly and helpful. Local gem that everyone should try!
Very tasty cuisine and attentive service. Considering the price and smaller portions I was surprised no pre-meal bread was offered. I did not feel like a heavier small plate but some homemade bread to show off they are a scratch kitchen would have been a welcome touch.
We had dinner on half price wine night, and it was a real treat. Highly recommend the Fritto Misto for a starter, the deviled eggs, shrimp, green tomatoes, and aspargus are spectacular
The food and service were excellent. I had salmon & my husband had steak. Both were just right. I appreciate the happy hour from 5-7 on Friday nights! The new appetizer board was wonderful- I like that customers can customize it. I also like the menu the changes with the seasons.
Second time this week and everything was very good.
The sauce on the bird was exceptionally.
We plan to come back with friends
Food was excellent, portions are a little small so have an appetizer or try the board. All were great.
The atmosphere and service are great. It is pricey for what you get food wise.
Very enjoyable evening and delicious food. Will be back the next time we are in town.
Amazing food and service.
Our first time there. The food was very good and fresh. My steak was cooked as ordered and we injoyed a lovely meal. I have already recommended your restaurant to 3 couples.
Really need to work on communication between Hostess and wait staff. Is now the third or fourth time we have come here and have a 10-15 minute wait before anyone notices that we have been sat. Excellent food and the manager is very personable and comes around to all of the tables. One of the best places to enjoy a nice evening out on the wrap around porch.
The food was farm fresh and delicious! The atmosphere was cute and cozy! I had the cocktail Lillet of the Valley it was amazing!
Great food, great service, and nice atmosphere. The seasonal menu is fantastic.
Another great dinner. Food not quite as excellent as the first time, but still very good. Service more attentive. Lovely covered patio dining when the weather is fair.
It was awesome!! Add it to your list!
Hadn’t heard of this place before, popped up at the top of OpenTable’s list so we decided to give it a try. Very good food - among the best we have had on the area. Three star dining at 2 1/2 star prices, in a casual neighborhood atmosphere. Every dish was very good to great. Strongly recommend giving it a try. We will be back.
This is the first time I have been there, I go to a lot of high end restaurants in the Dallas area, and this is now on the top of my list. The service is wonderful, we had a great conversation with the owner who meets everyone individually, and the food was outstanding at a reasonable price. Most all the food is locally sourced, and the menu is very innovative.
Restaurant was good. Food was very good. Service was sub-par. I am not a picky person at all. I have never complained about service before but this wasn’t the greatest experience. Our server was very disorganized. Forgot drinks. Forgot silverware. Hard to eat pork chops with a butter knife. Threw away half my food that I wanted boxed up. Disappeared for extended periods and it was not busy. Didn’t attempt to apologize or make things right. Not what I would have expected. Might have been just a bad day. Probably wouldn’t go back.
Great evening. Excellent food, service, and dessert! Well done.
Excellent service along with wonderful food! The best banana pudding ever.
The mezzalune pasta with ricotta, squash and fried sage was amazing. (Comfort on a plate!) My dining companion had the hangar steak: cooked as ordered, well seasoned and tender. Don’t forget to order the fried pies...delicious!
We were double dating with some friends and both she and I have been dying to try it out. None of us were disappointed and can not wait to try the Fall menu!
We had such a great night. Our servers were wonderful - the food was delicious - atmosphere was nice.
Great experience! Our server was excellent!
Best chicken pot pie I’ve ever had!
Imaginative and delicious food at reasonable price. Parking can be challenge.
Nice place but extreamly loud! Food good, setvice friendlyy but not attentive. Prices ok but tends to the high side for a “local” eatery. Reccomend for lunch or brunch over dinner.
Nice selection on menu. Will return for the occasional brunch
The Heritage Table has been one of our favorites in Frisco for the the last 3 years. A couple of months ago we were told they hired a new chef and were going to make some changes to the menu. While some of the previous entrees are still available (Grilled Salmon and Chicken Pot Pie is what I noticed, most of the menu has different items. My boyfriend had the “local chicken” an entree which included wing, thigh, leg. It was a VERY small chicken quarter with 3 slices of zucchini on the side. The price 22.00! I had a pasta dish mezzalune which had 6 raviolis covered in a bland sauce and the price was 19.00. Both entrees were listed under “larger” plates on there menu. None of the entrees come with soup, salad or bread. I had my usual glass of wine a Kunde Chardonnay which was 9.00 and the pour was much smaller (so were the wine glasses). What I noticed was smaller portions and significantly higher prices. I understand the need to increase food prices but to cut the portions as they did is unacceptable. Service was horrible last night. We made a reservation and our server was Noah. We had to sit on the patio which was hot to begin with and then we were forgotten about. He took our drink orders and our entree at the same time (we waited quite a while after we were first seated before our server showed up. They served our drinks and dinner within a minute of each other. Some of the reasons we loved the Heritage Table was that it had great service, tasty food (all made from scratch) and a great back story - many of the recipes were from the owner’s grandmother. Sad to see this change especially when a patron feels they have been misled. We will not return. There are too many good restaurants in our area with better food, service and value. You should not have forgotten your roots!
Great dining experience. Cozy Victorian home and fantastic food.
This is such a cute local place and service is great. I want to love it but the food is not that good, honestly. I had the mezzaluna ravioli and it was a mushy mess covered in peas and carrots. I think the should focus on good local food. The intentions are great but the execution is a little sad. And too pricey for what you get. Hope they can improve.
Amazing food needs something to dampen the sound. The service was good but could use some slight timing improvement.
Despite a relatively empty restaurant, the service was slow at best. The food was cold and lacked flavor. The pricing is indicative of a much dining experience.
Overall experience was very good. Food and service were solid. Setting is reminiscent of Chicago or the northeast as it is an older building that may have been a home earlier in its life. Noise level was a bit high due to a diner who brought their fussy kid. Not the restaurants fault but they should position these diners in an area that minimizes impact on other diners. Will definitely dine there again in the future.
Excellent food, very creative. We sat on the patio. It was a little humid and warm initially but as the sun lowered it became perfect. We especially enjoyed the meat and cheese starter for four of us to share. The blue cheese mousse was excellent. Don't mis the peach fried pie.
Excellent service. Fabulous board as starter. Caramel ice cream a must! Will return!
The food was wonderful, great presentation. The atmosphere was very inviting.
