   Frustrating dinner. There was a large group having a gift exchange party. They were way too loud and I couldn’t hear anything my date said! If you can seat a group that is clearly in party mode in a different section please consider doing that.

   The food is great, the service is wonderful and the atmosphere is casual chic. The outdoor area is spacious and feels like a haven in the middle of the city. Perfect for dates, entertaining out of town guests, and business meals.

   The bartender on shift, I believe his name was Ruebin, took great care of us during our meal. From making great suggestions to being attentive, overall our first time at The Henry was great.

    Great service and ambiance. Very dog friendly and great cocktails! Food is very salty though. The potsticker dough to thick. Shrimp Thai Salad very salty so get sauce on the side. Fish Tacos salty. Burger okay.

    The braised shortribs and skirt steak were excellent, and your potstickers are great. Service is always prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere upbeat. Also, The Henry accepts cash, which I used for dinner. It's very important that all businesses continue to take cash, and I cannot do business with any that do not. Thanks!

    The Henry is one of my go-to restaurants in WeHo for brunch and happy hour, but I booked a reservation here for a business lunch and our food took over an hour to come out. We had ordered salads and salmon as our entrees so it should not have taken that long. One person in our party had to leave for another meeting before the food came out. We got there at 12:30 and by 1:45 PM our food still had not come out. We ended up getting our food around 2:00 PM. The rest of us had to speed eat and our business partners had to take most of their food to go so they wouldn't miss their next meeting. This was not ideal for a business meeting AT ALL and I would hesitate to come here for another business or time-restricted meal.

    Potstickers and tuna on crisp appetizers were great. Burger was super disappointing- no flavor. Service started out great but she became overwhelmed with the crowd and she knew it..still tipped 20% on $150 because it’s not her fault. Pumpkin pie came 10 minutes AFTER our coffee which sucked, and thank God I ordered a large bottle of water because we’d never have refills.

    I love The Henry pre Covid. I went back for the first time since the pandemic and the food was sub par. Honestly, McDonald's would've been better. I ordered an egg sandwich which was so basic for $18! I had to send it back because it was cold. My friend's food was also cold. The brunch menu shrunk considerably and that's fine, but at least whatever you do have, should be so good. Service was good and ambience, was still good.

    Overall, 5 of us enjoyed our booth, the ambiance, the food in the evening together. The service could have been far better, and has been in the past. The restaurant was not busy and there appeared to be plenty of staff . The drinks took too long to order and to receive once we did. Martinis were shaken, not stirred for two of them. We placed an order wine after the cocktail and when ordering dinner. We had almost finished dinner by the time the wine arrived. We ordered dessert and one came out way before the other so the first one dessert was finished by the time the last one arrived. It felt like the server checked out midway through the dinner. We had to flag him to get the last dessert. All other visits have been seamless service.

    We arrived and had a reservation for 8pm and the same hostess that has a bad attitude and has done the same exact thing to me before, said we are clearing tables have a seat at the bar. Again no smile, no greeting, just miserable. WE WAITED 45 mins to be seated at a table that was empty the entire time we were waiting! Please get hostesses that aren’t hating life because they have to be at work. Shame.

    I’m know I’m late, but it was my first time here. Service is on point, the space and design were both perfect. The menu here is high quality and most dishes and drinks are worth every penny. But surprisingly, the vegetarian options were not only lacking, but very bad! It’s the only reason I probably won’t be back : /

    We had brunch there over the weekend. We like the dinner items a lot more than the brunch/lunch. The Umami brussels sprouts were great! The egg sandwich was so-so nothing special. The avocado toast was fair - nothing special. Our friend had the burrito and liked it a lot. Coffee was OK - nothing special. We do like going there - good vibes but wait until dinner is served.

    I though that the prices were very high. My friend and I both ordered the version of a Cobb salad, which tasted great, but the salad at $23 was way overpriced for the size. We didn’t even get bread included.

    We just love this place! Every time we are in L.A. we go multiple times. The food is great. The service is outstanding (and we have had a lot of different servers). You never feel rushed! The outdoor area is perfect for getting together and hanging with friends! It’s a win win at the Henry every single time! Consistency is key and they have it down!
