Great food a little loud.
Great experience! Service was good :) food was great.
Our server was very courteous and professional but the service was very slow. It appears the restaurant is short on help. The noise level was almost untenable. Not a place to go for a conversation with your guest/companion. The food was quite good, but not sure we will return on a weekend.
This was our third time having dinner here, each time has been perfect! Thank you!!
We LOVED the Henry. The avocado toast was amazing. We also ordered the steak bowl and quinoa breakfast burrito. We will 100% come back. The ambiance is lovely. We sat outside with the misters and it felt great. Our server was fantastic as well.
I would not say atmosphere was energetic. It was loud. I did not much social distancing.
Incredible skirt steak I mean outstanding !!! The service was great too!! However, the noise level is so loud it was difficult to have a conversation- also, I would not recommend the ribs…lots of fat on them, but the flavor was good.
Overall a very good experience, great food, and excellent service.
The service was very accommodating, the food delicious and ambiance was perfect.
Delish as always. Great place for friends and family.
Very good service
The food was much better than you would expect at a bar.
Nice place to meet but food was marginal, Bolognese way too salty. Service very slow for a Tuesday evening. Busy but not packed. Not sure will be high on my list to return.
Consistently great food and service. Great casual place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Highly recommend the crispy tuna appetizer!
This was our first time here and went for our anniversary. We loved the décor and ambiance. Our waitress was very attentive yet spaced out her visits so that we did not feel rushed. The food was amazing and flavorful we recommend the skirt steak and ahi tuna. They had a nice touch with Happy Anniversary written on a plate with a dessert for us. We loved it and will return.
There were 3 of us celebrating birthdays. My salmon was excellent. They had OT stickers and bushel sprouts. They didn’t like them. Our servers brought us champagne to celebrate and 3 desserts after dinner. We were charged for them even though we didn’t order them. But we got 10. Or $20. Off the bill for celebration. Sorry we won’t be back
What an amazing restaurant. Everything from the service, to the food, to the ambiance is amazing. The honey chicken sandwich is a must and so are some of the drinks.
The servers are truly kind and amazing. Kept following up to make sure the meal is great. They really make you have a good time here. An easy 5 stars. I’d give 6 if possible
I am disappointed with the Henry for not planning accordingly with my special reservations. I made reservations for 11:15am & wrote in the notes that it was for a special occasion. If it was a normal brunch date I would not care where we sat, but since it was a special occasion, I assumed they would reserve a table for me. I told my guests to arrive at 11:30am to give me enough time to set up my table. I started to worry when it was passed my reservation time so I asked how much longer because it had been 10 mins after my reservation time. They told me just a few minutes & then brought me inside to a separate part of the Henry. It was for a special occasion, and it was my family’s first time at the Henry so I was hopeful for a full experience. After talking to some employees they were able to get me a booth in the regular dining area. I felt like the Henry should’ve been more organized. I understand they are very busy and popular, but my recommendation would be to not have so many slots available on open table if you cannot accommodate to them. I overheard other people that also made reservations and still had to wait. I will not be booking any future events at the Henry. Also after accepting the offer for the booth, I went up to ask the hostess how much longer would the wait be for the nice long table that they were originally going to put me at. The hostess cut me off twice , not letting me finish my question and said “it’ll be ready shortly, they are preparing it right now”. It was really rude. I will not be hosting any future events here due to how things did not go as planned & the one staff being rude , possibly from stress/pressure. All the other staff were pretty nice.
The food and service is always wonderful here, but there is some concern about the kitchen staff wearing masks. Some had them around their chin, most had them lightly over the mouth but not the nose. The waitress couldn’t tell us what their policy is. It was very confusing. Please just pick one- don’t wear them or wear them correctly if this your policy. Just an opinion.
Love the food & atmosphere
Not our first trip to The Henry. However, we were extremely disappointed this time with my meal in particular. I LOVE their chicken avocado salad and of course I ordered that. The salad tasted off (like some of the lettuce was dirty or just old) and the avocado chunks were literally hard as rocks. I did tell our waitress who was very apologetic and comped a dessert. However, just literally left a bad taste and not sure I will try again.
Ellie, our server, was fantastic. She knew the menu, make excellent recommendations, great personality and attentive. Food was delicious, especially the braised short ribs and Korean skirt steak.
The service was top notch. The ambiance is very eclectic and welcoming. Because it was so busy the noise was a little distracting. Overall I’d go again.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and we were treated to some extra perks once they heard we were celebrating our anniversary. Food was delicious. Will definitely be coming here again.
My expectations were not met. The food was very sugary. Everything had sugar added where it didn’t need to be added. I would order the guacamole and espresso martini again. Disappointing experience amongst other great dining experiences we had in Scottsdale.
Everything was amazing! Only thing was it was a little hard to hear across the table because it was a little loud. But totally worth that for sure. AMAZING short ribs!!! OMG! And superb service. 👍
The Seabass was a little over cooked and dry but was still delicious. It is definitely loud and at times hard to have a conversation — the ambience is very nice.
Delicious brunch, the coffee was amazing and nice courtyard even in the heat. Will definitely return.
The coffee and everything we ate was fantastic and the service was even better. 😊
Outstanding customer service, menu selection, food and drink! Haven’t been in since pre-pandemic and the experience was even better than remembered. Of the 6 of us, 2 were there for the first time and they were raving about it. Well done!
Great place to go for brunch. Service was great!!
The food and drink were very good, however the service was very slow and it was extremely loud. The menu was fairly limited as well. In addition I mentioned it was a birthday celebration in my reservation, but it was not mentioned.
This is the first time back since “covid” I used to go there quite often. The food was way over salted (including the pastry i received for my birthday). When I go next I will have to mention “easy on the salt”. It’s still a wonderful place and I recommend.
Everything about the Henry was great! We walked in and god greeted very well, they have a really nice coffee spot at the entrance with pastries! I got a caramel iced coffee and it was really good, we sat outside because it was booked inside and it was still great! The food was 10/10 and so were the sprites lol definitely going back for more!!
It became a bit unbearable sitting outside. Umbrella not over our table and not near the misters. A bit disappointing after making a reservation well in advance. Overall, though, still a great place to meet friends to eat. Will be back, but will wait to reserve an indoor table.
Maybe it was a tough day because they had people filming that day and it was packed. The young man helping us seemed overwhelmed. The presentation on the food was great, but it wasn’t anything special. I’d go back because the staff was friendly and it seems like the food was hurt by the film crew filming on top of them.
The service needs improvement. The wait time to get our food is fairly long and at both times of the visit there were items missing from the initial order.
