We have always loved The Henry in Arcadia, even after we moved from the neighborhood. We really enjoy brunch at the bar. Now that we live in central Phoenix, we are so excited to have The Henry in walking distance again. This new uptown restaurant is just as great food wise, but even better venue wise (sorry Arcadia)…patio and bar are awesome!!

Adorable place. Service was meh, as was the Beverly Hills Club. Had to ask twice for water. I also added we were celebrating for a birthday and it was never recognized. Likely will not be coming back.

we at lunch at the Henry at the Uptown location. The outdoor patio was wonderful, and the service was lovely. we both ordered salads, and they were both excellent

The food was great and the server was very sweet. Loved the atmosphere and the classy but modern style of the place. However, we waited for almost an hour just to be told they messed up our food. We got it about 15-20 minutes later and while waiting heard the table behind’s us food was messed up as well. We also got desert (ice cream) and sat there waiting for that as well for about 20 minutes. Don’t get me wrong, we loved the food, and would love to go back if the wait time wasn’t so long.

Reception was wonderful An extended period of time passed before the server arrived. When the server arrived, she apologized for the delay and said she would be returning in a short time to take our drink orders. There was another delay before water was offered and served. We did not order any bar beverages or appetizers. The waitress assisted us with making our selections. There was another delay before the food arrived . Another server arrived with 2 of th4 entrees immediately followed by another server bringing the 3rd of 4 entrees. The entrees were not correctly distributed, and the 4th member of our party was left without her order. Three of us waited about 4-5 minutes for the other entree to arrive. Our ordering server was chatting with someone at an adjacent table and we could not get her attention. I felt compelled to go over to ask the server about the 4th entree. It was an unusual action to take but felt that it was necessary. The server was visibly disturbed by my aggressive action and proceeded to explain in a very hostile tone an explanation that the 3 entrees were served so that they would not get cold while the 4th was being prepared. In a fine restaurant such as the Henry, which it is, the expectation is to get good to excellent service which means having all parties at the table served the correct order at the same time. My entree was cold and the server did replace it with a warmer replacement. I enjoy the food, ambiance and service at many Foxrestaurants and believe this to be an unusual issue.I am sorry for the aggressive action that I felt compelled take in order to correct the situation.
