Not too many food options. Wine was amazing. Our waitress even allowed us to try wines we were not sure about.
Thank you Kyla for a great experience! The Nashville Benedict was delicious!
Will be back. The $10 parking fee caught me off guard.
Super nice place to eat! Absolutely loved the view and the food. I just wish we could’ve eaten outside.
The Pesto chicken pizza is to die for, u 100% recommend.
great spot for a group dinner! able to accommodate for any amount of people! overall great
The food was not that great, everything was bland. The drinks were really good.
Lovely views great service great food we will be back one of our favorite places
It's a great view in downtown Toledo. Service was very quick and punctual. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich for $18 - it was so rubbery, I couldn't even bite through the breast. My friend ordered it as well, and her experience was the same. Shame because the breading was delicious, as well as the Tony Packos pickles on it! D
Drinks were good, as always. Maybe just need some improvement on the food quality, or what we ordered.
The restaurant is bar like, not fine dining. Pretty view. They were out of menu items. Server was distracted & served salads & dinner at the same time. A little disappointed.
Great views of the downtown. Lovely atmosphere, food was unique and ample. We all enjoyed the experience.
You need a NEW selection of food that menu suck. You need whole wings steak salmon a good choice everyone don’t want pizza those wings which were flats only my fiancé don’t eat flats were not good and our ever all experience was horrible service was excellent food NASTY
Great atmosphere and food. The menu is limited, but that made it easier to choose.
Had bartender make us “bartenders choice” drinks. Fun and well crafted. Server had a great personality and a lot of enthusiasm. Good vibe. Will return.
During a time of extremely high Covid cases the employees were not wearing masks and most of the clientele were not either - nor was there any social distancing . . . Even though a sign on the hostess podium stated they were "concerned about public safety". What a joke.
I understand food selection is limit due to covid. Over price food and taste not worth the price. I should of follow suit of everyone else cause they have the pizza and chicken wings.
Great view and ambiance!
Amazing views. Great food. Amazing service.
the views are spectacular and the service was also great!! nice menu, but a little limited.. miss the salmon that they used to have...great drinks as well!
Thought we would try brunch out here and it was great!
Very poor service - food was bad and messed up order twice. Ordered a non alcoholic drink and gave me one
We had the pepperoni pizza and the spinach pizza. Food was great! Only issue was that the menu on Open Table hasn’t been updated, so we missed out on the fried rigatoni. Overall, service was fantastic and the food was great! Good place to chill at after a long day at the Solheim Cup!
Great steak great cauliflower bites awesome dessert
The Heights is an amazing restaurant absolutely incredible atmosphere and gorgeous view of downtown Toledo on the water. I found the service was impeccable and the food was delivered to our table quickly. Their pizzas are delicious. The only downside of the Heights is it has a limited menu.
We ordered appetizers. They came as a dessert (after our pizzas). One of the appetizers had hair it in. We waited FOREVER for them to remake them. The server finally told us the kitchen forgot to remake them. No manager came to apologize or anything! They did nothing but take off the appetizer we never received. Unacceptable !!!!
It was a really great experience. Our server Jessica was such a delight and made our time at the heights even better . She was amazing and went above and beyond for us
Good Food, Great Views. Good food and drink prices.
Excellent service (Nikki) and great food/drink.
Eggs Benedict- need to be more generous w/ the Sauce especially w/ the xtra large muffin thickness. Our eggs were too done / on the hard side. Fresh fruit would have been a nice side offer opposed to only potatoes.
Mimosa was great
Bloody Mary a bit too spicy.
You just cannot beat the view from this place! Our server was top notch and made the experience go from good to great! Bartenders were knowledgeable and super friendly too! A few disappointments, the menu was somewhat limited and several items I remembered from a previous visit were removed from the menu. The hostess, a bit direct and a little less inviting than they should have been.
It was our first time their it was an amazing experience great atmosphere with great service and great people the restaurant is beautiful and has amazing service and food nothing was wrong our server was amazing!!! Definitely would do it again!!
More menu options would be great, but the VIEW is priceless and what is offered, is good.
Views are beautiful. Service was just ok. They were out of several items on the menu.
awesome food and awesome view! the service was great and everyone was so friendly
Atmosphere is awesome. Food is okay. Priced high for what it is, but it’s in a hotel…so? Bathrooms needed attention.
We loved the views of downtown Toledo and the riverfront from the rooftop. Unfortunately, the food was a huge letdown. My pastrami sandwich was served without the spicy mustard...they were out and decided to serve a dry sandwich and hope we wouldn't notice. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich does deserve to bear the name. There was two mildly spicy pickles and one piece of a moderately spicy pepper...no other spice to be found on the sandwich. The Wagyu sliders were also nothing to write home about and not worth the $15 (the spiced fries they come with were decent though). Overall, the food does not mesh with the upscale vibe the restaurant portrays nor the fantastic views they offer. Come for a few drinks, but stay away from the kitchen.
Our server was amazing, got our food and drinks to us quickly and was happy to help us with any questions or concerns!
The Heights is beautiful! We arrived before our reservation but we were still about to find a seat. Hostess was great! Our server didnt check in too much but often checked in the table next to us. Nice, just not great. Drinks took a while to arrive and refresh. Food was yummy but menu is very small. I wish there were more choices. Overall a good experience just room for some improvements to make it great.
The food was good and the scenery was nice however the waitress was slow and took forever to come back to us.
