    Great place to hang out with friends. Terrific view of the River, both north & south. Food & service was excellent. Recommend the Hot Turkey Sandwich & Bread Pudding.

    When we were first seated, there was a mixup and we got no service for at least 10 minutes. Once they got that worked out, our waiter, Philip was very attentive and helpful! Food was good. Salad was a little light on the toppings, but otherwise everything was tasty. Awesome view and fun vibe!

    We went for our anniversary, wanted to try something different. Hostess seemed annoyed to be there, they rushed us through, apps and meals came out at the same time, waitress didn't care. Pretzel was stale and cold. we had to ask another employee(bartender) to get us drinks because out server was no where to be found. I watched our server talk with a friend for about 10 mins while we sat there with empty glasses. They either need new managers or a new training staff. too bad, we would have stayed a lot longer and spent a lot more.

    We made a reservation for an outdoor table for our 5th wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were seated indoors and told the outdoor tables were first come first serve and that they’d check if any were available. We were then told tables available outside didn’t get waiter service. When looking for a table outside, there were multiple empty tables but they had a “reserved” sign on them (thought they were first come first served?). Someone had to track the manager down to light the fireplace outside on a cool evening, and he only lit one for some reason. Just seemed like all the workers were frustrated and didn’t want to be there. Didn’t seem all that busy really. Food order was incorrect but they did fix that right away and gave a free drink for the mistake. Great view during dinner which made the experience slightly better. Couldn’t wait to get out of there, honestly.

    Me and my boyfriend went for our two year anniversary, hoping to have a romantic dinner. The atmosphere despite having spent over 4 months trying to get a reservation was more like going to your standard restaurant. Food was okay, nothing groundbreaking. Though the staff was very kind and attentive to us the entire duration of our reservation.

    Had dinner and drinks with my close friend to celebrate our birthdays. We both ordered the spinach and cheese ravioli and added grilled chicken upon recommendation from our awesome server, Delaney. Delicious. We tried 3 different cocktails. My favorite was the All that Glitters. We sat outside and were able to enjoy the sunset and views. We'll definitely be back!

    The Heights has a great location and view of downtown Toledo. Diners can eat inside or on the balcony. Dress was more casual than the atmosphere and noise inside was loud. The food was decent but slow and served cold.

    Completely disappointed that we made online reservations which gave the option of inside or outside dining. We chose outside for the ambiance and the view as my family had not been there. Upon arrival we were told outside dining was first come first serve and there is a table inside reserved for us. The table was the absolute furthest from outside or any view! Service was mediocre. Good dinner but not at all the experience we were hoping for.

    We had never previously been to the heights, but after relaxing with outdoor seating, with a $70 bottle of wine, I can say it's a great experience. Savannah was our server, and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience with another server in quite literally years. Whenever I come back, I'll be sure to ask for her specifically! We only had one "issue" arise during our visit, our appetizer took a bit longer than it should've. However, it was immediately taken care of and we didn't even complain, so it was a nice touch to know they were paying attention to the standards they were setting and upholding for themselves!

    They do not take reservations for the patio, open table needs to remove this option. The manager did find a seat for us outside, we really appreciate her taking the time to do that. The hostess.... needs some training. The service was good, the server was very nice. The food was good and it came out of the kitchen fast.

    This was the highlight of my trip to Toledo. We were seated promptly outside just as I reserved. Service was prompt and efficient. Our server was Philip. He handled our special requests (different bread for a burger and different sauce for an appetizer). When I asked about the wine in a can referenced on his shirt, he explained, and I ended up trying 2 of them! They were good and also a great value. And of course the view was stunning! We will be back every time we visit Toledo!

    If you make a reservation and select outside don’t plan to be sat outside. The service was bad. 15 minutes to get 2 beers. Food came within reason. Pretzel was good. Loaded fries were nothing special. Could be a nice place just needs help.

    Overall, good experience. Server was nice, he was busy. Still took good care of us. Food was delicious, I wish I would have ordered an appetizer. I was super bummed I booked an outdoor reservation and we didn't get to sit outside.

    Rose’ on the roof was great, the music was good. The Riverview was awesome and the rosé wine choices. Great value and good wine. Phil was our waiter out on the patio, and he was excellent and went above and beyond with service.

    I have been here a few times and it's been great. I went to The Heights last night for a date with mu boyfriend, and was really disappointed. The service was very slow compared to what it has been in the past. Food was okay, my chicken was extremely dry and my buffalo cauliflower bites were super soggy and room temp. I'll come back and give them another shot, but am not as ecstatic about my next visit like I usually am.

    Service was very attentive, though a little pushy on trying to get us ordering (we were waiting on a member of the party) even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. Sat of the patio--view was amazing, but views throughout restaurant were very nice. Food was not great--fries were crispy and hot but overseasoned/salted; burgers were dry and not flavorful; orange-cranberry french toast seemed overly sweet and a little gummy (basically, it was like wet orange-cranberry quickbread); gravy and biscuits were okay but gravy again seemed more highly seasoned than you would expect. --but the overall atmosphere made up for it.

    My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel attached to the restaurant. The hotel was wonderful and would return. However we would not return to the heights restaurant for Brunch. It took over an hour to get the food. When the food was brought to the table the order was not correct. Although this issue was fixed after getting the correct order the waitress seemed to forget about us. The food was underwhelming and overpriced. The overall vibe of the restaurant is great and it was a great place to grab drinks on Saturday night.

    Made a reservation on here and when we got there we were told that the „third party reservation“ through here would not be honored. Staff was very snippy with us, but once we waited and got a table the wait staff was great. The link to this reservation system is on their official website. Very disappointed DO NOT make a reservation on here. It will NOT be honored.

    We had reservations for 4 at 645. The waitress was horrible. We sat with meatball appetizers with no silverware for over 15 mins and had to go get some ourselves because no one cared enough to get them. The drinks were horrible! We waited forever for the pizza we ordered and when we finally got it it was so cold that the cheese had already congealed on top. Not one person had a good meal or experience! Service is beyond terrible and super slow! This was all of our first time there and don’t plan on ever returning!
