   I loved the view. The food was great. Service was great. My only suggestion is to perhaps offer more options on the menu. Overall, the experience was great for my parents wedding anniversary.

   We visited The Heights while in town for my college graduation. We had a reservation and were seated right away. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The expresso martini was perfection. There was a DJ playing music and the vibe was perfect. We had a flatbread and the charcuterie board. The food was delicious. The manger came around to check on us while we were eating. I shared we were from out of town and here for my graduation. He sent out a heavenly piece of cheesecake on the house. I’m not sure you can find better food, service, or vibes with an unbeatable view anywhere else in Toledo! We will be back next time we visit!

   The food quality was terrible. The flatbread margarita pizza was not great. The other flatbreads were decent. The skirt steak was small for the price that was paid.

   I’ve given this place a try several times, and sadly, each time I come away thoroughly disappointed. I really want to love it, the space is beautiful…..lovely views, laid out nicely, but the experience is always less than mediocre. We booked a table for ten for Happy Hour. Many in our group were looking forward to the special on draft beers $5. Well, their CO2 was out, so they couldn’t do drafts, but wouldn’t honor the happy hour price for bottles even though it was advertised for drafts that weren’t available. We were told the CO2 had been out for days, why in the world would a restaurant/bar not be able to get this remedied quickly? It made no sense. Then, we go to order the half priced appetizers, two of the three most in our group wanted to order weren’t available which left two of us only having French fries for our dinner. I don’t know if it’s poor management, but that’s what it appears to be from the outside looking in. Again, I’ve dismally walked away with a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally. Sad that a space that great is ran so poorly, it has the potential for greatness if it were to fall into the right hands.

   Excellent food and service! The river view always adds to the experience. Noise was a bit of a concern (volume plus echoing); sometimes it was hard to hear our server.

   We had a dinner gathering. Most of the party ordered steak. All ordered it as rare as they would allow (medium), and all came out not just all different but all overcooked. It was awful! Due to it being a party over 6, the meals were all over $37, a little high for older teens to pay when the meal itself was disgusting. I understand not wanting to serve older teens (17-18), but the tip was guaranteed. I would not recommend dinner, but the pictures turned out cute.

   The food was simple and not quite up to par with expectations. Served cold for the most part and in need of seasoning

    Very good food and environment, the view was amazing, we were in the corner of the restaurant and the lighting wasn’t great and I thought our waiter could’ve been a little bit nicer. Other than those 2 things I really enjoyed our time there.
