    We really enjoyed this restaurant overall, the service was ok.. It took a long time to put in our order and drinks took a long time to come, sometimes they didn’t come at all. The birthday singing was really fun and all of the characters were outstanding. The restaurant was not busy for a Wednesday night in December. Overall we really loved it but the service could have been better.

    Loved the atmosphere but service a little slow and we were seated very close to other tables which is my worse nightmare so kudos to them for that! Food was very good but over priced and same with the drinks.

    I brought my wife here for her birthday back in October and it was a blast. Decided to carry my sister first for her and it just wasn’t the same. Food was over cooked drove 8 hours total and it just was way different this time. Not as good as the first

    Four of us went to celebrate our birthdays. It wasn't very busy, the service and food was great. I didn't know what to expect, but I felt like there should have been more. Maybe some more characters or some surprises.

    Service was good but decor, food and overall cleanliness lacking. Decor was cheesy. Just leave the artwork throw out dollor store decor and disco lighting. Food was either over or underseasoned, grease in fryer needs to be changed. Floors, tabletops and windows need a detail clean to get off all the food and grease.

    Our server was not good at all. She barely checked on our table the entire time we were there. It was like she was trying to rush us out. We went there for my birthday and to announce special news to good friends and my food was too oily and the rest of my table was finished eating before I was even able to complain to get a different meal. By the time I got mine I had like 2 bites and had to take it to go.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm not certain what was more frightening - the smell of dirty rubber floor mats coming from the kitchen (if you've worked in a kitchen, you know that smell), the place being just plain dirty (layers of dust and splatters of meals past on decor) or the food itself. I was extremely underwhelmed. The amount of food you get for the price is laughable. It was disappointing to say the least. I'm just thankful I wasn't sick after eating there.

    Candyman potion bowl was excellent, boyfriend got the Texas chainsaw burger, let me try it and was extremely soggy? The bun wasn’t soggy it tasted like the meat was wet (as if it was raw meat but it wasn’t) I got the Creepy Chicken pasta and it was pretty good

    Took our daughter here for her 14th birthday. She had a blast watching all her favorites on the TV and in real life. Two people stood out exceptionally; our waitress Morgan was top notch and even had the kindness to redo our daughter’s purge birthday greeting when she missed it. Additionally the bar tender (unsure his name, but he was in the prison costume) was very kind. They didn’t have the shirt my daughter wanted or any in her size, after we had already paid. He helped us pick out something different and made sure she was happy. This place is top tier in everything, even kindness. Highly recommend

    We had reservations and still waited 40 minutes although there were empty booths/seats available. Food was pretty good, but my thoughts are that people go for the atmosphere especially for birthdays. Food came out quickly. Be aware that the kid’s “cocktails” are all for show at $24.99 a pop!

    The food and service were great, drinks were excellent. There was a magician that came to the table that was really good. And the purge birthday dance was cool. I thought there would be more characters walking around, we only saw The Nun, thought we’d see Michael Meyers or Freddy etc

    We got right in at our reservation time and were waited on immediately. Menus are suggested to be done through QR code. I got The Twilight and it was very good. Way more food than I could eat. Service was great throughout. We got a potion drink for our kids to share and although pricey it was worth it as a one time experience for them. Wasn’t all that we expected and maybe wouldn’t travel a distance just for this but good to do as part of a trip to Cleveland for something else.

    Absolutely worth going to just for the experience. The workers were super nice. A kitchen worker I happened to talk to took us around showing us things, and he brought the kids some vampire teeth out! The food was adequate. Chicken was over done in the Pennywise. The pasta tasted good, the chicken tasted like it came from a bag. The large drink was $35.99 and you had to pay to keep the glass. I feel that was overpriced. We went for three birthdays but unfortunately 35.99 plus 22.99 wasn’t in the budget. A child’s birthday drink was the same price. All in all just for the ambience, YES.

    The whole theme of the restaurant is great! All of our food was fantastic! The staff was courteous and accommodating. My only negative was that some of the staff spoke quietly and with the high noise level (that I fully expect in a themed place like this) it was difficult to communicate. Overall, the kids loved it, everyone enjoyed their food, and I would definitely come back again.

    The atmosphere was amazing, and Micro Myers is absolutely adorable!! Could have done without Michael finding me OUTSIDE, after I thought that I was safe. lol The staff were all awesome and accommodating. The food wasn't the best, but I'm not sure who comes here for the food to be honest!
