We ran into this little spot in a Seattle on our way back to our hotel. We were cold, tired and hungry. The staff were warm and friendly, the food was delicious and we were completely refreshed from an amazing dinner. The food was very good. It was so unique.

The food and service were amazing. We particularly enjoyed our Bloody Marias. We came for brunch, and stayed to talk. Thank you to the staff for putting up with us!

Overall wouldn’t come back. Food was ok but pretty lacking for the price. Drinks were great. Staff was nice but seemed pretty off the ball. Had a reservation and were seated at the bar when we had a reservation of 5 and come to find the hostess didn’t look at the reservation and just tried to seat us randomly. Service was overall slow, we were waiting for about 20 minutes after our food was taking to get our check and we had to ask our server for it. When we checked us out he improperly charged us. Music was good but was loud enough that we could barely hear our soft spoken server. Again, we probably wouldn’t come back.

This was our first visit. We really enjoyed the food. We were there on a busy Wednesday night, and the service was a little slow. Other than that, no complaints. I'll be back.

Staff was amazing. Food came out rather quick. The popcorn chicken was very good. The sauce it had complimented the chicken very well. The hatch chili burger was also pretty good. Wasn’t over cooked. I had a sleepless in Seattle (margarita with watermelon Red Bull) which was nice and refereshing and the Cadillac margarita was VERY strong but can’t complain on that

This restaurant was considered by OpenTable as top experience in Seattle. It fell short of that notion. The food and service were average. Everything was very salty and / or too spicy. Didn’t have any Mexican food authenticity. Nice setting so I gave ambience above average. I won’t recommend as a must do/ must try in Seattle at all.

Great flavors! Everything we had was delicious. The only negative is that you can’t mix up your taco order. Their platters come with two and they must be the same type and don’t allow solo taco orders. Wished we could have tried different protein options.

Hatch was amazing! My group of 6 shared the chips & dip/guac, chili cheese fries, mushroom quesadilla and popcorn chicken. Everything was delicious! The space is cute and the service was friendly.

The wait staff were so kind and accommodating - the service was quick and efficient! The food was hot, fresh and so tasty! And let's not forget about the manager - he was truly a gem! 10/10 recommend!

Had a large (20) person dinner for my birthday here. The staff was amazing! Quick and helpful and kind and properly staffed to take care of a large party. Food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere is great- will be returning.

The food and atmosphere was just what we needed to end our vacation in Seattle and Alaska. Our group of 14 were well served by attentive staff with great food and drink. Can't pick one fav but we enjoyed the soup, tacos, burritos, and cheese dip. The three choices of salsa spiced things up. We will be sure to visit again when we are in Seattle!

The queso fundido and salsa varieties(on table) were excellent. I had spicy chili verde and husband had Colorado tacos. Good food and good margaritas. Server was friendly and efficient.

The location is quite unsafe. Food, service and ambience are OK - not worth taking the risk of parking at this location. I wish they atleast offered valet.

Our family dined here while on vacation. Our server was friendly and attentive. All entrees ordered were great - creative spins on traditional dishes. Margaritas are icy cold and stiff :). A great night out!
