   Booked a table , got to the restaurant for them to tell me I couldn’t have a table and I had to go elsewhere ,

   This was the second time that my wife and I had dined at The Harewood. The welcome was friendly, and we were shown to our upstairs table (the one we had requested) and served drinks without delay. We ordered main courses (no starters) and asked for a side dish of steamed seasonal vegetables. As on our previous visit, we were told that the steamed veg was not available. We were not attracted to any of the other side dishes, so asked if chef was able to prepare any side dish of veg that fitted with my wife's food intolerances. I said that I may change my main dish order if suitable veg was not available. Our server didn't return to tell us what chef could prepare but, after a while, our food arrived. A tasty side dish had been prepared of asparagus, mushrooms and peas. We were also brought a generous serving of creamed potatoes and told that we would not be charged for any vegetables. The main course food was plentiful and very good. I also had a cheesecake dessert, with was very good and a came in a large portion size. On settling the bill, I insisted on paying for the vegetables. The servers and chef clearly went out of their way to meet our wishes and did a good job. We thank them for that (although we would have preferred to have the steamed vegetables that were on the menu!). Overall, however, a very good experience. We shall dine there again.

   The place has a good atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and the food is great.

   It was a Tuesday and we were the only diners so can't really comment on ambience, but the waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was good but the menu s all encompassing like they havnt decided what they want to specialise in, which is fine just doesn't help you choose what to eat.

   Shown to our seats immediately and drinks order taken, the restaurant was nice and quiet, the staff were friendly and very attentive and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

   Very disappointed changed so much since last year ended having first drink then leaving for miller and carter was wouldn’t have eaten there

   We love the Harewood………especially on gig night! However, we had not planned for it so it was rather loud for what we wanted! Saying that, we were welcomed warmly, the food was outstanding and the service was good seeing as they were short on people! Becky and Maz were on the decks and the outside seating was perfect for listening to the music. We ate upstairs which was a little quieter! We will definitely be back……….again and again ♥️

   Average food anf got our order wrong. Cleared outside furniture away around us while we were eating main courses which was very strange. Loud music playing.

   The staff were busy up and down stairs, friendly and willing, the food was decent (chicken & chorizo paella & and a cod loin) nice location, and we'd try here again.

    Very warmly greeted on arrival, seated straightaway, drinks were fetched within a few minutes. Food was beautiful and didn't take too long to arrive, the Lemon Cheesecake was out of this world! Friendly staff, lovely place
