The restaurant was beautiful but the staff was less than enthused we were there.
The server did a poor job of explaining the menu & overpriced food.
Hate how the media is making many so fearful of covid!!!
Excellent food and Excellent service
The have no reservation for my family even though I had confirmation number. Host tried to put us in the lounge area to eat on couches to eat with no tables. I wasn’t happy so she said we can seat you outside in the rain. I said no finally after about 15 minutes they shoved us in the back room in a corner. Our family sat at the table for about 15 minutes before a server who acted as if she was doing us a favor. I decided they didn’t want our business and got up and went to the Italian restaurant called Mangionies. Treated like a guest there and they were happy to take our money. With no reservation they were happy to serve us. Enjoyed the meal and ambiance.
The noise was unbearably high, we ate our food and left as fast as we could. My wife and I are big fans of trying new restaurants, this is the last time we dine there.
Celebrated my birthday with Brunch. The vibe was great and loved the 1st performers set. 2 performers set was a little slow and more acoustic which I felt didn’t really go with the energy of the restaurant. The food was good had the chicken stack. The chicken was fried a little too hard but good flavor. My daughters was more burned. Drinks were good. The n.a. Rose w/ lavender was delicious! Overall a great experience and will be back for sure!
Great food, it’s pricey but well worth it. The lobster roll was amazing as were the shrimp tacos. There’s live acoustic music on Sunday for brunch which is super loud making it a little difficult to hear but the musician was awesome so it wasn’t horrendous. The decor and atmosphere are fabulous too
It was super loud and HOT! Food was way over priced for what it was. All sides are priced separately. $5 for McDonalds style French fries is too much. My husband and I both had shrimp tacos, shared French fries and one drink a piece, $110. Not worth the price.
Great decor, amazing service and the live music was a nice touch. Not to mention door was delicious!
Great food , wish there was a bottomless option. Service was great !
Hampton Social USED TO be my favorite brunch location but I am looking elsewhere now that they have CHANGED their parking accommodations for patrons. Hampton Social no longer validates the Pointe Orlando Parking Garage for self-parking. They will validate the Valet but for an early brunch on the weekends the Valet is NOT OPEN until 12noon so customers are left in the lurch. Management and staff are oblivious to the issue it creates and unapologetic for this change in policy, so I will not be patronizing this location which is a shame as the food is still very good. I wish they would reverse this ridiculous policy. Very dissatisfied with my most recent experience and am telling everyone I had recommended this location to they need to go elsewhere.
I wish the tables outside were open for brunch.
Awesome experience!! Good and drinks are amazing and always have great service
Went to celebrate my parents anniversary and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with The Hampton Social. from the moment we walked in we were greeted and accommodated and made felt like we were truly a special guest. The food was 20/10 and our server Christian was outstanding as well. Will be coming back soon!
Great ambiance and food/cocktails were fantastic. Trendy but casual vibe and very accommodating staff both times we visited. It was a welcomed surprise given all the other typical chains on I-Drive.
Great experience all the way around! Great food and service! Lobster rolls were great!
Nice interior aesthetic and impressive service. I will be coming back very soon.
Cute place for any occasion really nice would definitely recommend and definitely re-visit
Great girls night! Such a nice environment
Hampton Social is a beautiful trendy restaurant with good food Good music and ambiance. 5 stars
They were out of multiple items on the menu that my guest and I wanted to order, and not very accommodating for their shortcomings. For the money spent, this level of service was unacceptable and truly unexpected.
Great atmosphere! Food was AWESOME. Everything we ordered was great, from the appetizers to the dessert.
It was our 17th Anniversary (gay couple🧡💛) and I thought they would do "something" but that was a negative. But all in all it was a great date in spite of that.
Companies continue blaming covid for their lack luster service & quality. The first time we went to Hampton social when they first opened, food and service was unmatched in comparison to what we endured tonight. The first time we went to the Hampton social was during brunch, tonight we went for dinner and it was absolutely horrendous. We are not ones to usually leave negative reviews, however we had to leave a review on tonight’s quality of food. We ordered the lobster rolls which were priced at $34 each (Manhattan style). The dinner portions were very small tonight compared to the portions we have at brunch. The first time we went, we really enjoyed the quality and quantity of food (we also ordered the lobster rolls which is the main reason we came back tonight in hopes of enjoying the food just as much as we did during the time we came for brunch). Tonight the bread was over cooked, had no butter, and barely any flavor or lobster inside of it, and the fries were very salty. The tuna tartare was really good, and that was an appetizer we would recommend for those to try. We will be uploading pictures for proof of the “lobster” bread roll - so you can see the portion size along with the little bit of lobster that was inside (again this was priced at $34 each and my husband and I both feel that we ate a bread roll rather than a lobster roll). My husband and I have worked in the restaurant business for years and have recommended this place to many friends and family members to come and enjoy a great restaurant with a great experience beforehand , but tonight was unacceptable.
The ambience is AMAZING! Perfect place for friends to go and enjoy a meal together in a quaint and friendly atmosphere!
The vibe was 10/10, food was so so. Music was great!! Drinks were good
Memorable Birthday Brunch!
The aesthetic was very nice and the food was delicious. We did brunch pretty early before it got very crowded and it worked out well. Our server was great and helped us navigate the menu. Be prepared to spend some money though!
We were celebrating my sister birthday and the atmosphere was great and our waitress was outstanding! She brought a dessert for her birthday and we had a great time!
Food and service great a little too loud in there hard to have conversations so loud
If you’re in Orlando around International drive, give this place a try! The lobster rolls are really fantastic, service is excellent and it’s not over run with tourists like some of the other places.
Excellent place to eat. Will definitely go again. The avocado corn pizza was the best!
Was disappointed…entrees need editing. Way to much mixture on the place of the salmon and the chicken. Both tastes ok but needs to be refined. Food was not hot, mixed drink was marginal and even the “rose of the day” wasn’t that great and served warm. The restaurant decor is nice but it’s very loud. Over all an underwhelming experience.
My family and I came here after a long day at Universal. This place was everything we were wanting after a long day! Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect food/drink items to maximize our experience. The ambience was great, I personally love lively restaurants, so this environment was fantastic. Drinks and food were amazing as well! Only thing I would say to the contrary was that they were “out” of frosé, but later on I saw that their machine was working perfectly fine. Additionally, they were out of several of their appetizers. However, despite the shortages, we still ordered to our heart’s content because most everything else was still orderable. And it was all great; so great I honestly forgot the food shortages and frosé. So come here! We tried several places throughout our time in Orlando and this was, without a doubt, the best one.
The food was incredible. The ambiance was beautiful. The service was a little lacking
None of the appetizers were available except the chicken lollipops, they’re known for the rosé however the frosè & frosè bellini were also unavailable.
It was great!!! Maria, lead host is the best!
I would recommend eating here early. Everything we wanted from cocktails to shareable plates to entrees they ran out of. We asked to eat outside but the front seating area are couches that make it hard to eat on and then they moved us to a table in the back next to a Main Street where I could barely hear what my partner had to say. Overall, I expected better from this place.
It was my Birthday and the server was so nice! And the food was so good!
They ran out of the frozen rosè, which is a bit disappointing considering they have a wall that says Rosè everyday! Our dinner reservations was at 645pm
So it was not even late in the day to run out of drinks. They also did not have the calamari which was still on the menu.
Other than that, the staff was good and the ambience was excellent.
Food was not as good as first time we went and they were out of the Hampton Frose -- which was what we were looking for!
Some of our sides were missing key ingredients.
Noise was way too loud to hear to talk at table inside.
