   Way too loud and busy. Understaffed and those that did work were totally overwhelmed

   The service was great, and we really wanted to love it but got the 2 appetizers the server suggested and both were pretty inedible. I got a cocktail that was $12 on the menu. It was $22 on the bill, and we didn’t even question it - we paid our $70+ for one drink and 2 barely touched appetizers and went somewhere else. Maybe it was an off night for them, but we we’re pretty disappointed.

   The restaurant was on trend with downtown Nashville. The service was not great. The food was average.  The space was nice. The service should be better.  I thought it was interesting that my part or four had a prepaid gratuity on the check and then defaulted to giving additional gratuity. Our service from entering and leaving was at best average.  There was nothing that said this is a five star experience and any service was more than 20% earned. Maybe the experience is better downstairs.

   We enjoyed a fantastic brunch for our daughter's birthday. Food was delicious, the Mama's Mia cocktail was so good. We will be back to try dinner and a rooftop experience. Dana

   Lovely Sunday Brunch in a loud room (for a restaurant) and a solo female singer, who when you could hear her was wonderful. All 4 of us were pleased with our meal with the Gatsby being the hit. Service was timely and always a big smile. Would most definitely return.

    The service drinks and ambience were great. The food was just ok. The autogratuity and then an EXTRA 7% added unless you change it (not super easy to figure out) was annoying to me. The service was good, but I wouldn’t say over the top and def not worthy of assuming more than 20%.
