    Ordered lobster rolls, they were not as good as I hoped based on previous reviews I read. We asked to sit in the dining room and were seated in the lounge. Prices were high. Service was mediocre.

    We came for Mother’s Day brunch. We walked up to the host counter and she was buried in her phone, got sat upstairs and it took 5 minutes to even be greeted, no menus on the table. I was texted the day before that it would be buffet style which we were fine with, but it ended up being just a step above a hotel breakfast. Apparently the whole kitchen staff walked out the day before, which says a lot about the management. We made the best of it since it was Mother’s day but it was disappointing.

    It was disappointing that we were informed that they would not be serving from their regular menu (due to Mother’s Day) only 24 hours prior to our reservation. I chose this place for its menu only to end up eating a VERY mediocre buffet. Obviously, the short notice on the pre-set menu left us no time to secure an alternative reservation. Very distasteful! On the positive side, our server (Kendall) was delightful.

    The food was great, although it was a buffet for Mother's Day. I wish they had told us it would be a buffet sooner and I may have changed to another restaurant you had to confirm 24 hours before that you were going to eat there but we're not told it would be a buffet until about 18 hours before. Being Mother's Day I would've rather been waited on then eating a buffet.

    Because of "mechanical issues", the only menu item offered to us was a smash burger. I was looking forward to having a nice Mother's Day Brunch for my wife but instead had an overpriced, cold breakfast buffet. I don't care for mandatory tipping for parties of 2 either. It's not really a tip then, it's a service charge. I know things happen but it just wasn't a good experience.

    Really disappointed and I’ve been here multiple times in the past. Just a few hours before our reservation time, received a text that a buffet will be offered. I thought it meant as an option but with only a few hours before our reservations, it wasn’t like we could go anywhere else last minute anyway. Arrived and told at reception it was the only option, which wasn’t even true, you could get a burger. Pasta was so spicy I couldn’t eat it, chicken was pink in the middle and beef was good but hard to find with all the mushrooms. Left hungry and worst $150 meal I’ve had. Waiter came by once and didn’t even take our plates which were stacked up on our small table. Price of Buffett from text 1,2 and what I was charged were all different. They’re going to end up like their other neighbors, out of business, if they continue this path. I won’t return.

    Went for my mother in laws birthday and Mother’s Day brunch and they only had a buffet full of pork products that none of us could eat. Service was also mediocre and they didn’t check in on us very often at all.
