   Service was slow. Drinks took up to twenty minutes to arrive at table. Cost of a “carafe of wine” wasn’t explained by waiter. Second round of drinks were made wrong or not the correct drink. The “GM” was sent over but did nothing to fix the issue but blame the new bar trainee instead of taking full responsibility. Should have at least comped the two messed up drinks. There are no menus just QR code and there wasn’t a paper check just a QR code. Very Covid 19 feel about it. You would think for the prices they would at least have paper menus and/or checks. Very disappointed for our first time in.

   A month into its life and they are having issues with inventory of items. How does a restaurant run out of iced tea and ahi tuna at 5:30pm on a Saturday night? The execution of the orders was poor as we asked for special accommodation and none were done. The missing items arrived after we finished. The quality of the food was mixed. The salads were good but the ability to cook a burger less than well done was frustrating. Perhaps in a few months, the service and food will improve.

   I understand it’s still newer here in dallas but it was overall OK experience. I’ve been to nashville location and it was great. The oysters were so bad and the drinks were extremely overpriced. There was a swarm of flies next to us at level 2. prob will not go back

   Delicious food and beautiful ambiance. I enjoyed the Spinach dip which was fantastic and the crispy chicken sandwich, alongside a refreshing cocktail …I can’t recall the name but it has the word Yacht in it! The food and service seemed a bit slow, but I’m sure it was just an off day.

   Host was kind, so was our server but something seemed off with the whole experience. I saw a few folks who I assume were managers just walking around but not communicating with people which might explain why everyone looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Drinks were decent but $45 for two drinks is CRAZY for just decent. Bartender wasn’t the friendliest and food was nothing to write home about, mediocre at best. Our reservation was for patio seating, but patio was closed due to it having rained that morning. I wish management would have simply dried off the chairs and tables. The day was so beautiful we walked there and didn’t see a single puddle of water on the half mile walk. I personally think having the patio closed was inexcusable. It’s not often I get to go enjoy dinner with my partner since we both work demanding jobs so it was a pretty big let down, unfortunately. I was really rooting for it to be great.

   Had requested patio seating but it was closed due to weather, however, it had not rained at all so was pretty bummed out about that. Other than that my experience was good.

   Beautiful nautical decor and details, restaurant and restroom clean, staff and waitress were great and attentive, food was good, overall good experience!

    way over priced and food is mid. if they ask if you want still or sparkling water, tell them tap! drinks were okay but also over priced for the quality of the drink. although this location just opened in Dallas, they have a long way to go…never going back
