   Great ambience and excellent “comfort food” with modest portions and prices for this hot spot area of Dallas. Our sever, Regan, was super friendly and helpful with the menu. Great vibe at the bar with music and atmosphere. I would definitely return.

   Went there with my family in the early evening. When we tried to order appetizers, several of the best and most basic items (like shrimp cocktail) were not available. The options we were redirected to were mediocre and below average, but the mocktails were good. The server left us for over 20m waiting to order entrees even after we notified him we were ready after 20m of waiting. He said he would be back and proceeded to visit several other tables (never returned to ours). We decided we were already in $90 and didn’t want to invest more of what would probably be an even worse dinner. I grabbed my credit card and got up to find the.server (since he wasn’t checking on us), when I found him I told him we were leaving. He did not apologize or even ask why. I stood in the middle of the restaurant and paid $89 for mocktails and appetizers. We made a last minute reservation somewhere else to salvage the evening. We will NOT be returning to The Hampton Social.

   Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. My first time and I really enjoyed the experience.

   I rarely leave reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had — and unfortunately, it happened on Mother’s Day, a day that should feel special. From the start, there was clear miscommunication among the staff. We weren’t sure who our server was, and it took an unreasonably long time just to get water. No one seemed attentive or organized, and it set the tone for what became a frustrating meal. The food itself was subpar — cold, bland, and clearly not fresh. For the prices and occasion, I expected much better. To make matters worse, even the basics weren’t covered. I went to use the restroom and there were no napkins to dry my hands — a small but telling detail about the lack of attention to cleanliness and customer experience. Overall, this was a completely unprofessional and disappointing visit. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone based on this experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

   The host could have been a bit more pleasant. She acted annoyed by every thing. I get it was Mother’s Day and it was super busy but you’re the face of the place. The first person we see when we walk in. Also, the kitchen was about 2 hours behind. She should have stated that before even seating us it took us an hour to get 8 drinks and two appetizers. not to mention they were completely sold out of lobster and lobster rolls. I wish that had been communicated as well. Maybe a sign out that’s what they advertise and that was the whole reason that we were going we would’ve made plans to dine somewhere else. We ended up getting the bill and leaving. Our waitress was phenomenal super friendly gave all of her recommendations on Drinks!

   Waited about an hour and didn’t even get our food. Asked a manager about it and was someone snapped at, after he told us he would check, he never came back. I understand Mother’s Day is a busy day in the restaurant industry, but the place wasn’t even full and if the kitchen is backed up, you should let the customers know before they order and wait.

   The location and atmosphere are perfect. Regrettably, they have some kitchen issues that need resolving. We had to wait two hours for our food. It was clear that people were leaving their tables, unable to wait any longer. The food was good but slightly cold. Our server was apologetic and thanked us for our patience.

   The bruh h was terrible as they ran out of food and there was nothing good on the brunch when you run out of food. I will never go back until dinner time

    The service was horrible. Got seated and the waiter went MIA I had to get a manager just to get service. The food was horrible. They were out of certain foods and extremely busy. I get it’s Mother’s Day but they should have been better prepared. I will not be returning. This was a 1 and done for me. But I will say the new waitress they we got after I complained about the previous manager she was super nice and informative.
