    After reviewing my bill after I got home, I realized I was charged from a "The Lighthouse" which evidently is a drink. I never had this drink. When I tried calling the establishment, nobody answers their phone. This is after our pizza was messed up and we didn't feel like waiting another half an hour for another one.

I reviewed footage of your visit and your pizza was at the table 11 minutes after it was ordered. Also, I see that you did not order a "Lighthouse" ($9) but you did receive your second "BoatHouse Spice" ($17) which you were not charged for (the server accidentally rang in a Lighthouse)...so we actually under charged you.     Food was mediocre. Very loud. But the most disappointing part is that I specified on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. When we checked in, the hostess mentioned that she saw we had noted a birthday celebration on our reservation. The “birthday boy“ had not arrived yet, and we were talking and laughing with her about anything they could do that would be kind of fun and even obnoxious… She said they have a sparkler and we thought that would be great. But nothing happened. I don’t know if she just forgot to mention it to our waitress or what, but it was extremely disappointing to be waiting for something that never came.

    Very nice ambience. They had a musician who sang and played the guitar. Pretty for pictures. The food was not impressive. Steak and eggs was not cooked to the temp requested. Manhattan style lobster roll was extremely greasy. The butter soaked through the roll. The lobster was diced versus whole claws and chunks. Dessert (blueberry breadpudding) is extremely delicious and made it all better.

    Such a cute spot but not great to catch up with a friend as the waitress was constantly asking us if we were ready to order. Like 3 times in 15 minutes. It was not busy at all, so I didn’t understand the rush and felt pressured to order. I got the wedge salad and added salmon per “chef recommendation” on menu. It was…not good. Wet. Had to ask for more dressing. Dry pork belly. Way overpriced. The octopus appetizer (per waitress recommendation) was delicious. Had a great time regardless but was a little disappointed.

    This was my first time and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. We went to the location in Burr Ridge Il- it's located in an upscale shopping mall with limited on-street parking yet AMPLE fee garage parking less than a 5 min walk away. The restaurant is cleverly decorated with multiple different seating areas that nicely divide the space up into manageable rooms. Wait staff were attentive and efficient- they could use a bit more education regarding items on the menu. Example? I was interested in the scallop risotto yet the description included "coconut". I asked what the coconut component of the dish was- part of the sauce? cooked with the risotto? a garnish? I was told he wasn't sure... I passed. The BEST dish?... the Brussel Sprouts... I could have made a meal of them...and I'm NOT a Brussel Sprout guy.... Be warned: The menu prices on line DO NOT reflect the actual prices on the day we went... Dinner for 3, no alcohol, one soft drink, one appetizer and 3 mains...$115... Seriously- if they allowed one to bring in a good loaf of bread (or had good bread at the table...) I'd go back for the Brussel Sprouts. Try it once and see what you think...

    Always nice to hang out at Hampton Social when they have live music playing, especially when it’s a nice night and sitting by the open window. We both had rosé specially made for Hampton Social and it was better than the usual rosé, a bit sweeter. The shrimp bruschetta was delicious. Their fish tacos never disappoint, the fish tasted fresh and the mango salsa, jalapeño aioli and cilantro cream make these the best fish tacos around. Service was friendly and impeccable.

    Extremely loud inside. Food was just mediocre and very overpriced. My husband got a lemonade that was $9 and not great. My dish was somehow both overly spicy and bland, I couldn’t finish it.

    The food was delicious, however, they ran out of a particular menu item so I had to switch to something else. It was a Friday at 7:45pm so that may have been why but it was a little disappointing. I will have to go back to try the dish I wanted!

    Fantastic, bright atmosphere with large open windows to enjoy a perfect Fall day! Two friends had the Ahi tuna salad and raved about it. I had the Green Goddess salad and added grilled shrimp. There were tons of shrimp. Tasted my friend’s clam chowder which was very thick and flavorful. After reading the description for the banana cream pie, we had to give that a try. So glad we did! What makes it so special is the chocolate chip waffle underneath all the banana pudding and whip cream. Absolutely delicious! Our waitress had a great sense of humor and was fun to joke with. So many things on the menu that I have to go back to try! I can’t wait!

    Love the food, good service, just very expensive. Cocktails are priced at least 25% more than other local nice restaurants. Smashburger was $20. $14 or $15 would seem more reasonable in this market. On a Friday night, place was only 1/3 full at 7pm. Hmmmm
