Onion rings were great. My salmon was in a pool of oil or butter. The brownie trifle had no flavor and the ice cream was too hard to eat.

Food and service were excellent but the noise level was prohibitive. We had a hard time hearing the background music as well as each other (married couple of 30+ years) while eating. We only heard the music, which actually was great, when using the restroom. The inside area was not that crowded so we can only imagine what the noise level would be like when most of the tables are filled. Would love to recommend this place to others but not until this noise level problem can be resolved. I am just so glad it wasn’t a first date situation. To leave on a positive note - the outside seating looked delightful. Maybe next time we would choose that option.

As usual, our experience was outstanding. Even though I was on a special diet, chef, with guidance of our server, Eduardo, cooked up a delicious and nutritious meal on the fly. It was accompanied with a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit. Every piece was sweet and wonderful to the taste. So incredible. My friend had a beautiful burger cooked perfectly to her request and fries that were golden perfect.

We were celebrating our moms 85th birthday with dinner and the Michael Buble’ concert at the PPL Center across from The Hamilton… perfect location we thought but it turned out to be extremely disappointing. First off, on entering the restaurant the noise level was deafening. My mom wears hearing aids so the noise level to her was amped up even more… she ended up taking them out as the noise was unbearable… the rest of our group could barely carry on a conversation. We all ordered drinks except mom. They did arrive pretty promptly and everyone was satisfied except for my THK Old Fashion… the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve been drinking them for years. Next up, salad… which were fine, Caesar was delicious. For the main course 3 ordered the petite filet and 1 salmon. We waited an extremely long period of time between salad and entree. The waitress seemed to avoid our table so as not to be questioned on the delay. After about 45 minutes of waiting the food finally came out… no apology for the wait. The filet was a huge disappointment… The presentation was horrible… everything was put on one side of the plate as if done on an incline, not at all attractive. The steak was disappointing as well; Tough and dry isn’t how a steak should be. The salmon was acceptable but not exceptional. Because of the delay we had no time for dessert as we needed to get to the concert. All and all my moms birthday dinner was very disappointing and returning to The Hamilton Kitchen will be a no go.

Had dinner here before a show at the PPL Center. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had locally. Great service, great food, great vibe, however very noisy when the restaurant is full so something to keep in mind if you’re looking to have a conversation. Would definitely recommend it, though!
