linguini, olive, caper, anchovy, tomato
Wonderful meal—delicious food, nice ambience and excellent service.
Really enjoyed our meal. The corn chowder was delicious, as was the pork chop and petite filet. Loved the ambiance. If we were locals we would definitely be back often.
Service bad but very good food and atmosphere for a date
Happy Hour: great drinks and bites, lovely place to eat inside or out, luxury restroom, charming wait staff. Will return!
Great place. Definitely a place to go after work. Decorations were great.
Our server was outstanding. The food was excellent. The only complaint is that our second Bloody Mary was literally tomato water with olives. It seemed like someone forgot the mix. As we were in a hurry to get to our son's graduation, we did not say anything at the time (which generally, I would do).
Happy to have a brunch option for sure. Glad they brought it back.
Want a great spot and the food is amazing !
We booked a late dinner after graduation and the staff was friendly and efficient! Food was delicious and the cuisine was creative.
My wife and I have been to the Hamilton a few times over the years and it’s always been a good experience. This time was no exception! The food was fantastic, the service was great, the drinks were wonderful. All in all, we had a lovely anniversary dinner! Standouts being the Espresso Martini, Black Cherry Manhattan, and the Cider Brined Porkchop!
Excellent all the way around.
We ate in the bar at a window table to hear the band playing outside, great ambiance & staff were all real nice, we loved it, a great night out!
Service was outstanding. Food was.. ok. Had the falafel which wasn't what you typically expect with the hard, grainy outside.. was more like a fried hand patty and still good. Husband ordered "crispy skin salmon " which for some crazy reason, they served skin side down on top of mashed potatoes.. so yeah, soggy skin salmon not as good. I had Nashville hot chicken. Was supposed to come with honey aoili but tasted like lemon.. not sure I got right sauce. Again, it was alright. Nothing great
We came to this restaurant as part of a bourbon and blues kick off event. The food was great but we were not provided with the bourbon and blues menu for the event in which we were attending. Upon leaving we discovered many other tables were provided with those menus and we were not. The food was amazing the music was amazing. But then our waitress ended her shift or left somewhere and never insured that our check was cleared out and we were sitting around waiting for her to come back. We ended up needing to take our own check into the bar area to get a paid prior to our departure. But food was great the musician was great
We had a most enjoyable experience at the Hamilton! Our server, Gloria, was AMAZING - helpful and attentive. Our cocktails were very good and the food (sandwiches) was tasty and well prepared. A most enjoyable meal for a reasonable cost.
Overall, we were very disappointed with our dining experience. We viewed the menu on line prior to making our reservation and the menu looked great, with many choices.
When were arrived and were provided with the menu, with only a fraction of the on line menu. The menu was essentially a pub menu, but with less options than a typical pub. There were only 4 real entree choices: salmon, chicken, pork chop and a petite fillet.
The server asked us for our drink order. My wife asked if they had proseco and they said they did, despite not being on the menu. She ordered the proseco. It arrived in a regular wine glass and was a darker color with very little fizz. When my wife asked why it wasn’t served in a champagne flute, and they said they had a wedding reception in the back room and they used up all their flute glasses. My wife tasted her drink and said it tasted like sweet grape juice and nothing like proseco. I wanted to order a glass of wine to pair with my appetizer, but the choices of wine, which they called wine on tap, was very skimpy with only 3 red and 3 white wines to choose from. I asked if they had any other Wines to choose, and they said only by the bottle. I said fine and asked for the bottle menu. The bottle wine list was actually pretty good, and had some nice higher end wines, like William Selyem Pinot Noir, which I would have loved to order, but there was nothing on the dinner menu that was worthy of such a nice bottle.
The positives were the food, especially our entrees, was pretty good. Better than what we were expecting based on everything else and the ambiance of the place is awesome. It is just a shame how poor the menu and wine by glass choices were. This place has a lot of potential. They seem to not know if they want to be a fine dining place or an upscale pub, and they pretty much do both poorly. Hope they get their act together because the place has a great look and vibe.
Menu change was horrible, old menu was much better
No changing table in bathrooms
We will not be returning until things change and would advise people not to eat here
Everything was fantastic. The server was awesome and the food was top notch. The menu was short but understandable due to the environment.
My mom and I were looking for a nice place to eat that had a great ambience and good food. We definitely found what we were looking for at The Hamilton. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was beautiful and very clean. The booths are huge and very comfortable. At night, the outdoor seating has a very cool vibe. The food wasn't anything too special but it was very good! I ordered the steak which was cooked very nicely. It had a bit too much pepper but that's just my personal taste. I would definitely go there again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place with a good vibe and somewhere you can dress up.
somewhat disappointed with the menu, my fault should have looked at it beforehand.
NO DESSERTS , that was a big surprise. Our waitress was very apologetic for having us
wait to be seated, having to wait 15 minutes to place our order per instructions from the
KITCHEN. Would we come again? Yes we have been before and everything was VERY
GOOD I guess Mother's Day was a little too busy for the amount of help that day
Overall a great restaurant! Food was a bit salty for our table's preference but still good taste. Service was slow but understandable with the holiday and pandemic. Server was working hard and still had a smile on her face!
Nice setting and great food for a Mothers Day Brunch!!!
Great service. Waiter took care of our families needs.
The restaurant ambiance, service and food were all good. It would be nice if the menu had a little more to chose from.
we had erik! and he was absolutely amazing! we will definitely be back!
Excellent food and great service. The staff was very attentive snd courteous. I definitely plan to go back.
Nice place downtown to eat. The price was good, service very good... even with a wedding party in the back room. We had the salmon, the chicken dip was different seemed to be popular so we ordered it! I would highly recommend. Very tasty. They seem to have a limited menu with covid but enough choices.
We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel across the street for the weekend. Ate here both nights. Cocktails were excellent with a great bourbon selection, food was solid, but our server, Ashley was amazing! Great service often makes a place special.
Great ambience and food. Poor service was not our server's fault - we were a party of 9. They needed more servers/bussers to clear the table in a timely manner and provide fresh cutlery/plates without being asked. Also, we were there for a 50th b'day party and indicated as such when we made the reservation. They didn't do anything special when they brought the desserts (e.g., candle in one of the desserts) which I would have expected.
Great establishment will go back again with the family, wait staff was A1
Good service, great drinks and a familiar, but limited, menu provided a delightful Friday evening event.
11/10 go and get the polish raviolis- aka perogies
We were there for Easter brunch. Service was good. Food was good. Only thing- the plates we were given to eat our man course were tiny, basically, what we had for bread and butter. We enjoyed the place and will be back.
Always a nice experience
Food was good and service was great. It is a really nice atmosphere and a great place to go before an event at the PPL Center.
Perfect place for a date. Quiet and cozy. Jessica the bartender was perfect.
The restaurant was a lovely place and very well appointed. The service was great and the waitress was quite attentive. The menu was varied and offered some wonderful selections. We thought the prices were surprisingly reasonable.
The meals were well prepared and very tasty. My wife and I had a chicken dish with broccolini and linguine and our son had a salad with grilled salmon. He said it was one of the best salmon meals he ever had!
Great atmosphere, but the food was a let down.
Nice ambiance and good people.
Beautiful restaurant with a very good food and drink menu. I highly recommend!
Wanted to try it out... it was ok. Not horrible, not great... just ok. Portions were large - but subpar... ordered a steak on a bed of gnocchi. Gnocchi was mushy...
