    We cane here for Mother’s Day brunch. The location was great, as was the atmosphere. The food was very good, as well. The service was beyond lacking, though. After our initial coffee, Coke, and water orders, the server never came by to check on us. Our table was by the hostess stand, so she passed us several times. But not once did she ask about refills or if we were ok. After she waled by us to greet the 6th family that arrived after we began eating, I had to yell out to her to get her attention. I asked for coffee and water refills but, after another 10 minutes of nothing, I walked over to her as she stood at her stand-by spot and said I just wanted my check. Very disappointing as somebody trying to take family out for a nice brunch.

    The brunch buffet food quality was above average, when available. However the offering was very limited. Quite surprising for a Mothers Day celebration. Limited selection, poorly stocked and frequently empty buffet pans,plates,trays. The service was literally nonexistent. We were seated and no one came to ask about drinks or food offering. We had to go get our own coffee and refills of water and coffee. We had plates stacked on the table from multiple trips to the buffet, trying to time our trips such that our desired selections might be available and the staff would walk right past us, oblivious. DEFINITELY not on our “let’s go back” list.

    Main issue here is service, it didn't seem like there was anyone managing the restaurant. We had to get our own drinks and water from the bar and ask the bartender to fetch our bill so we could leave, server would just disappear. Food was ok, not a great value. Would not return here again.

    The food was great the service was terrible. Server came to our table once- 20 min after we were sat. She came with an attitude, we ordered drinks- bottomless mimosas and we got 1 from our server. Then she never came back except to bring our check for many things we didn’t order. Worst service we’ve ever had a my a restaurant.

    Considering the cost and was for Easter brunch i thought the selections were lacking. No fruit or salad bar present seems like a miss. No desserts. Our waiter did his best but seemed short staffed.

    Our family went for Easter brunch and the food was fantastic but no dessert or pastries which would have been nice to have. They noise level was high for us since they sat us next to the man playing live music. Although the music was great, it was hard to hear each other. We didn't like that we had to pay a mandatory tip of 25% for brunch considering the staff was limited. A few times we had to flag someone down to get a refill of our drinks. Our bill even had another line to consider leaving an additional tip of 18%, 20% or 22% on top of the 25% forced tip. I've never seen anything like that before so just a heads up for anyone else going for brunch.

    The Easter brunch was exceptional! Food was presented beautifully and it was delicious! Shrimp and grits, salmon, crab claws, lamb, and all breakfast items including biscuits, Nutella French toast, and banana pancakes! So much more and so delicious! Thank you for making Easter brunch memorable!

    Always a great experience. They recently changed the menu which is now a bar menu. Impressed with food. We all had sandwiches—Hamburgers and Philly cheesesteak. Great waiter who was also managing the bar!

    We walked in just before a group of 30. The staff was unprepared for the group even though they were notified (according to one staff member)
