I previously had a wonderful dinner experience at The Guest House, so I was really looking forward to returning for Sunday brunch this past weekend, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our reservation was for 12:15 PM. We checked in and were seated around 12:30, which wasn’t an issue, but what followed was frustrating and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in until we left, it felt like we were being dismissed. There were four of us, and we were seated right next to the live band. We politely asked to be moved to a booth or somewhere quieter, and were told no, that those tables were reserved for larger parties. We accepted that at first, but as the day went on, we observed multiple tables with the same size party as ours and even one with only three people being seated in the very sections we had asked about. It contradicted what the hostess told us and felt very dismissive. The online brunch menu did not match what was actually offered, which was already frustrating. Two of us ordered the bottomless mimosas, but it took nearly an hour just to receive the first drink. I eventually canceled my order because it was taking so long. Meanwhile, other tables that were seated after us received their food before we did. When our food finally arrived, it was extremely bland and unseasoned. We shared our concerns with a VIP manager who was very apologetic and professional. However, when we spoke with one of the owners, his response was the exact opposite. He was dismissive and rude. We also tried to use a discount from one of the restaurant apps that clearly stated it was valid Sunday through Thursday, but they refused to honor it As a local who regularly supports and dines at brunch spots, I was shocked by how poorly we were treated. As four Black women, the overall experience felt discriminatory, especially when comparing how other guests around us were treated. It is deeply disappointing to return to a place you

Disappointing Anniversary Experience I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received on my 15th wedding anniversary. The food was okay, but the lack of attention and care from the staff and our Server was underwhelming. Felt like a forgotten day! Happy Anniversary to us 🥺

I had a wonderful experience at The Guest House. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The ambiance was also stunning, perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable night out. I’ll definitely be back.

Date night dinner 2 solid entrees that were just filling enough that we were able to order 2 desserts to share. The desserts were the winners for sure.

This was our second visit to The Guest House and we had another wonderful time! The food was excellent and the service was great! We did have to wait for our table for 10-15 minutes in the bar, but it was ok. Such a beautifully designed restaurant!

This is such a beautiful restaurant, great food and excellent customer service. Came in to celebrate my anniversary and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do it. Wife was delighted, this is definitely my new favorite place to come in for those especial occasions.
