   The host is extremely unpleasant and arrogant. They don’t welcome parents with babies in a stroller at this place and they don’t hide it. Overall unpleasant experience and I won’t be back.

   Low key, casual, friendly atmosphere. Loved the wood fired oven in plain site. Service was excellent. Menu is bit small, but everything from drinks to main were really great. Will absolutely return.

   Loved the food. Apple cider was great, but the kids weren’t quite sure what to make of it as they’re not used to fresh pressed cider. Was cute to see their faces. Loved the pizza, hamburgers and cauliflower. Would love to see the older cauliflower recipe (non curry) come back. The appetizers of garbanzo beans and bread were top notch. We always have amazing time here. Our family was impressed by the quality of food and atmosphere.

    This was our first time at The Guest House but it is definitely not our last! We enjoyed everything about it -- cocktails, food, ambience, service. It's an unusually warm and friendly environment, so much so that we even chatted a bit with other diners around us. The menu is eclectic and allows you to control the amount you spend if that is a concern for you. We look forward to going back multiple times to try many different things.

    The value is outstanding---I don't know of another restaurant to compare it to. The food was SO fresh and flavorful and the prices were shockingly reasonable---insuring we will be back soon. Service was great and lovely to see a full staff working. Best restaurant we've been to in years.

    This place is wonderful. It's somewhat tucked away in the neighborhood, which adds to its charm. We've been here about a handful of times and never leave unimpressed by the quality of food and service.

    I’m so glad we chose The Guest House to celebrate my niece’s birthday! The food is excellent, we got the big booth, we were comfortable and had a great experience! I highly recommend it!

    I love the Guest House. I used to be a regular, from shortly after they opened. I was so glad when they offered take out and that they made it through the pandemic, but things in my life changed and this was the first time I dined in there in years, and it was great. There was some new staff, but there were also familiar faces. There were some new menu items, some old favorites, and some updates of old favorites. Prices haven't changed and portions are still large and everything our group ordered was just as good as I remembered (phew!). It's still a wonderful neighborhood restaurant.

    This restaurant is a neighborhood gem - the rustic bread made daily and char-grilled to perfection was so good with the perfectly poached eggs I ordered. And the cardamom donuts - a highlight in a really impressive brunch menu. My companion had the shakshuka and raved. Service was lovely, and we lingered at our table a bit after eating, and felt very welcome.

    The food is outstanding. All three of us at Sunday brunch, with 3 different meals, each said, "this is sooo good!" (Even though we'd all been there before and know its deliciuos.) Pastries and coffee are excellent as well. I also love the style/decor.

    Our party of four enjoyed our brunch very much. I ordered the veggie polenta and some bacon (not as crisp as I wished) and I loved it. The polenta was super creamy, but I think I'll order the meaty version next time; the veggie version was a bit bland -- still liked it though. Our server was very friendly, coffee and water were offered several times. My polenta dish was excellent. I hope to come back soon. I hope you'll open again for lunch in 2023. It is beyond wonderful to have such a nice restaurant right here in our Kenmore/Arrowhead neighborhood. I

    I wish they were open for lunch during the week. I would go often. Food was great quality, friendly waitstaff and exceptional service. My only negative would be that the drinks are a little pricy.

    We love the guest house. It’s close to home, has great atmosphere, terrific drinks, and the best pepperoni pizza. It’s close to home and one of our favorite places to go.
